Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Okay so I just left today and I want too say I’m very disappointed I also come too this zaxbys plenty of times and there’s no problem but today I went there and I’m very disappointed 🤧. So I go in there the lady asked me what I wanted soo I told her I wanted the wings and things and instead of zax sauce ,give me honey mustard so the lady was like’’ okay”. So usually when I go there they don’t take so long it takes about 5 mins too get my food but today I waited for like 10-15 mins and if not LONGER 🤨!so me and my father were concern, cause like I said we always go too this zaxsby. So some people food were on the counter just sitting there and the employees weren’t calling the ticket number.So the lady was talking too her co worker and asked what was the ‘’ticket number”and without a care the co worker shrugged his shoulders and said ‘I don’t know” 👎🏾So the lady just went on about her business and didn’t even try too ask anyone who’s food it was 🤦🏾‍♀️. So eventually somebody put my food on the counter and it’s just sitting there and the lady was talking too this man and it seemed like she was flirting with him 💀.So I told my dad that it was our food .Soo the lady hands it too us and I made sure I checked the food and I ASKED FOR HONEY MUSTARD AND THEY STILL GAVE ME ZAX SAUCE 🤬.So I asked the lady for honey mustard and she said ‘’hOnEy mUsTaRd iS 25 cEnTs”soo I was just fed up and I left 🤦🏾‍♀️Overall this place has bad costumer service and all the workers do is play and there not...

Like the food is good. Usually. Fries...a few were under cooked. But thats not the problem. I can deal with that because it wasn't the whole batch but listen....why your line gotta always reach the street??? Like I be sitting there in the same spot for like 6 minutes each time a car pull around (so in total that like, 30-40 min in line most times, and it's worse after you pay). All of the fast food places of S. Hairston is like that. I mean it's not many but the Wendy's, Popeyes, EVEN Golden Crust.....takes forever to get foooood. Like CFA be having lines all the way down to yo mama house with TWO lines and im always with someone when I go there so we used to get alot of food and still we kn and out I n like 10 minutes. 15 to 20 depending on how far back we are and that's better than 40 anyway. I'm so glad that I'm taking my weightloss journey serious because I won't be coming back so I dont have to deal with it. But this for other people.....if you got the time, get in line....at Zaxbys. Skip this Zaxby's location at all costs because most of the time they always mess up getting something wrong within what you order. I'm not the only one who experienced this problem from this location as I know a few who have & Wouldn't be surprised if some of these other reviews say the same things I'm saying already.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken combo requesting NO Honey Mustard. My 1st time placing an order at this Zaxby's location.

Either the Cashier/Clerk and/or Cooks always forget the part in the order that says NO Honey Mustard as they have very short attention spans while moving so fast to complete the orders without fully-reading everything in the order.

I had to wipe off the Honey Mustard sauce off the grilled chicken where I had to have a bad experience eating the grilled chicken without the tomatoes, lettuce & sandwich-bread because they were soaked by the honey mustard sauce.
