My wife placed an internet pick up order this evening for she & I & 3 other adult family members. About a $40 order. Volume at this location was unusually light when I got there to pick it up, only about 5 cars in the drive through & about 6 or 7 in the parking lot waiting on order ahead pick ups, as I was. It’s About a 20 minute drive from my house to their Germantown location and same amount back home. After picking up the order & driving home I discovered that the only chicken sandwich In the order was missing. The last internet family order we placed a few weeks ago at the same store had a similar problem, but was missing a 12 piece nuggets pack. For that order, while I was disappointed, we decided it wasn’t worth complaining & simply shrugged it off. This time with my missing sandwich, I was steamed (not to mention hungry) called & talked to a manager. The only solution I was offered was to drive back (40 minute minimum round trip & about a gallon of gas) & ask for a replacement, this while my other family members would have completed eating their food. Good customer service to a customer that had been jacked twice in less than a month on relatively large orders would have been to get an Uber driver to pick up the sandwich & deliver it at the store’s expense. Apparently this location has deserted their high level service for a fast foot chain, and hired a group of associates that are either not properly trained and/or simply sub par in the capability arena. I’m done with any further purchases from this location & will make a deliberate decision to inform one hundred Germantown residents along with the restaurant’s national office of this poor service. Amazing customer service with smiling and just precious people working in a happy environment where everyone works hard and at the same time enjoys what they are doing and will always have you driving off with a contagious smile. If you choose to eat in, they have a playground for the children and tons of floor workers that walk around to check to see if you need anything. What other fast food chain does this?!? Everything is always stocked up, even the boxes of gb and sanitizer wipes along the walls throughout the restaurant. Impressive and always clean. We have eaten out a lot lately because our lifestyle is go go go. Not only is their Chicken AMAZING I believe it's because they cook their food in Peanut Oil which makes a complete different taste to me and it's so much healthier. I have to be honest, it's not the cheapest, but it's not too expensive either. We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children and we spend around 35 to 45 dollars to feed the family everytime we go. That's not including any treats at the end of the meal. It's definitely worth it though. Another reason I give them 5 stars which would be 10 stars if it were an option is because even if they have 2 lanes with cars wrapped around the building your going to get out of their within 10 minutes or less and the most amazing thing that they continue to impress me is I know I never have to check my bag like I do at every other fast food drive through. Read moreI placed an order for breakfast via the mobile order app, headed to restaurant and made it before breakfast ended as the app suggested. The restaurant only offered drive through for picking up your mobile order, so I had to wait 30 minutes + in line, only to get to the window and be told I could not have my order because breakfast has ended. I informed the girl at the window that I actually did arrive before breakfast ended and had been in line for over 30 minutes waiting to get to the window. She refused to let me have my order that I placed well before breakfast ended and waited over 30 minutes for. I am livid as I am pregnant with twins and was craving chikfila breakfast and no where does it say that if you are waiting in line for forever because the chikfila people are slow will they refuse the order. They then offered for us to get something else and instead of giving it to us free of charge for the major inconvenience of making me wait for over 30 minutes to tell me I can't have my food they still charged us for the order. This is at the location on 1230 S Germantown Rd in Memphis, TN.
