One star because I been eating at Cordova for a while even thought it’s much higher than most wing places but they are clean. I even made special trips way to the Winchester location several times. No issues there. My LAST visit was at Germantown’s location by the Walgreens. As a customer you assume that loyalty means something to a small business owner but I found that is not true. It’s all about that money and they don’t really care about nothing else. Yet they say eat local. HA !!! My order was about $75 and we added two large drinks. I asked if he gave refills and he said yes. The Owner MIKE is who I am referring to. I ordered a coke and a blue kool aid for my husband. I asked for a cup full of ice where you can see the cubes then add the coke. So I did not have much soda. I drank it while waiting for food and asked can I have some blue kool aid. He did not want to give me a refill. He said give it here with the most nasty nice unpleasant tone. But when I was ordering and I had to pay extra for those three flavors that and wanted and etc.. he didn’t act like that. I was very disappointed and offended. I do not focus on small businesses anymore because of too many incidents like this. If the order wrong or not to your satisfaction they mad at you and etc… I cook way better wings at home !!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN. Mike !!! I hate I told people to eat there. He don’t care about being kind. You have to do more than collect money and cook to keep a business successful. I’m still young so maybe he is bias to certain age groups. I don’t know but he don’t ever have to worry about my money. It’s no good there.
I did not say I ate on Sunday December 19. I do not have to post on the day I ate. And I know you been closed for years. I stated that to show how long I been spending money with Mike’s. There were 3 locations but only 2 for a while now. And you usually are nice but not this time. My husband was not happy about the way acted over a refill. Because he is professional he did not say anything as he observed your demeanor towards a request for a refill. He did not even want one after that. He said you don’t ever have to worry about us...

I know costs have gone up for everything these days but Mike’s prices have reached the level of insanity. We typically buy a little bit of everything but costs have increased multiple times over what they have been across the board.
Wings prices can be pretty high these days but the cost per wing is all over the place and not consistent with quantities. You get a better cost for 10 wings than 20… 30 are a better price than 40 etc. Four chicken tenders are over $15… that’s nearly $4 each without any sides or drink. A single piece of fish is $10.75… again, not a meal, just a piece of fish.
These prices are not consistent with other places serving the same things and what we have ordered in the past was 3 to 4 times higher. I am not sure if this is greed or if they are struggling to stay afloat, but imagine these increases will drive people away and ultimately bring the end of a great place. It’s sad to lose a local business and favorite place to eat. I truly hope things get better.
——————————————————— I’m happy to support a local business, especially when they offer a great product. We come to town to visit family and love to get Mike’s while we are here. The party wings with hot sauce, catfish, and seasoned okra are our favorites. This time we tried the Meat Zilla and though the crust looked burned on the bottom, it did not taste burned. Love Mike’s and hope it...
Read moreI just left there probably about an hour ago and the place looks nice. The food wasn’t bad it was just simple. I got a 10 piece whole wing combo that doesn’t come with a drink or rolls. You get the wings, carrots and celery, dipping sauce, and a hand full of fries. I had the regular hot wings ( tastes like hot sauce and butter only), and the seasoned wings (seasoned salt only pretty much), and seasoned fries (handful of crinkle fries with seasoned salt only) which wasn’t bad but very blah. The food was at least fresh i can give them that.i really didn’t like the fact that the prices on their website doesn’t match the prices on the menu.for a 10 pc whole wing combo ( which should have rolls and a drink but that doesn’t come with it) 24.99 wasn’t too bad because i understand the cost of everything is going up, BUT, my total was $35.11. The lady at the register didn’t do much to rectify the situation but try to ring the wings up separately which came out to be a higher price so I cant say much about the customer service. Almost $6 for crinkle fries and seasoned salt by themselves. I paid for it and tried to look over the price but once i tasted the food, i know i will not be a...
