i got the laziest filled tacos ever, they need to pass a quality check, as i got almost NO meat in my doritos taco and just cheese, and i wasted 7 dollars I couldn't get back. something needs to be done about this, this is the second time we've had horrible food, they couldn't even write down our order correctly. Please do something about this, i've come to believe taco bell is only existing to take your money and give you stomach issues. 1 star

Very poor management!! Rude as hell! Terrible customer service!! Tried to pick up an Uber order and they told me to proceed to the second window. Get to the second window and they tell me that I was supposed to stop at the intercom, I did. It was a males voice and whoever it was refused to speak up and admit the screwed up! Was told the order wasnt even ready and I would have to go back thru the drive thru! I will make sure I tell anyone I can to never come to this taco bell! The management that was on staff on September 2nd 2021 at 7:00pm needs to be replaced with someone that actually has some customer service skills and some brains. Worst customer service experience I have ever had! I am a server so I know what customer service should be! Get your staff right at...

It would have been a 5 but they forgot obe item in my order and I went to the door bc I had just Cane through the drive through and there was a lot of people in line and the lady that was working the drive through wouldn't listen to me I tried to show her my recipt and she said go through the drive through again and I wasn't going to wait in line all over again when I already waited in line for 15 or 20 before I got my food the first time so I just knocked on the door so she finally told the manager and she didn't open the door until she seen that it was only a emoanda so she went and got it and brought it to the door for me bc she understood y i wasn't going to wait...

Edit 10/7/2024 Came thru at 8pm, whoever made me food did great I had modified a 5 layer into a quesarito, they made it great, nice portion, hot and fresh ate it on way home :P cheesy bean and Gordita crunch and other items were on point šŸ‘Œ

The person taking my order was polite, friendly and chill. My fav Taco Bell runs usually consist of hot and fresh Taco Bell with chill staff, great job yā€™all. W visit
