This place is the absolute WORST boba place i have ever been to in my ENTIRE life, both in service and the drinks. When we attempted to order, the lady at the front desk was being very difficult when we tried to tell her what we wanted but we thought nothing of it and made our orders anyways. Then after we got our drinks, we were told that there was no inside seating due to covid (which is fine) so we preceeded to go to our car where we tasted the drinks. Upon the smell of one of the drinks (matcha hot tea) we were repulsed since it smelled like FISH and it was a very light green color, which indicated that there is barely any matcha inside. Ive had all kinds of matcha and I can tell you that it was of the lowest quality, lower than cafe grade and tasted like the matcha was open for a long time. I had the lychee milk tea, which was sour and unflavorful. And worst of all, THE BOBA WAS WAY TOO CHEWY, SOUR, AND MADE MY STOMACH HURT. Then we went back inside to explain to her that our drinks tasted a bit weird and then she asked us to explain, which we did. After that she tells us that we can throw them away, and muttered under her breath that she wasnt going to deal with us and that we are rude. When we asked her to explain herself, she was telling us that we kept repeating what we wanted to order, but that’s because she couldn’t understand us. She refunded us but not before making us angry. We went there to celebrate my freinds birthday and traveled 30 minutes to get there. We will NEVER GO BACK and i advise you not to waste your TIME and MONEY by visiting this place.

Had I been able to stay longer, I would’ve loved to sit in any of the chairs and enjoyed my freshly made black sugar milk tea and Japanese-inspired macaroons. But for the time that I was there, I’d say that it was well worth the visit. I’m so glad that I made the effort to come and visit on National Boboa Day. Had I not come, I never would have known that there is a place in Memphis near my house where I can get cherry blossom, matcha, and rose lychee macaroons whenever I wanted to. Side note on the macaroons: If you want to try them for the first time, I suggest ordering them with a side of hot tea. Combined with the milk tea, you’ll feel full pretty quickly, especially after a hearty Italian American lunch.

This place was wonderful! My wife and I went there and we both loved it, this place is comfortable with a nice pop style Korean atmosphere, amazing Asian hangout. Very clean, unique styling, authentic atmosphere, good smoothies, all good stuff. The boba was a little smaller than I'm used to and that was nice also a very good texture. The smoothie texture itself was very frosty and smooth. Not a place to go if your looking for Thai Ice tea though, tastes a little chocolaty, tasty but not the right taste. We also got the Horchata and that was good. All in all great hangout I would highly recommend it!

RACIST COMMENT !! I came to this place and immediately fell in love with the flavors and atmosphere. But it’s not the tea that drives me to comment it was my encounter with the OWNER. I had come in with my 3 month old son and she was nice saying he was handsome. She then proceeds to look at his hair and says oh he has a lot of hair “ I bet he would look good with DREADS”. With my son being only 3 months not even coming into his looks fully he was racially profiled. This is actually not my first weird encounter with the owner but it’s definitely my last !!. Black customers beware of the slick comments because she says these things with a smile as of to not know what is going on, while being fully aware of her actions. Will not...
