I usually do a mobile order with the Starbucks app and pick it up inside. I give them enough te to make my food and drink order so when I get there it's waiting in the pickup section. Starbucks is expensive so I try and not get it as often as I used to. One drawback with this Starbucks is it is shared with Pinnacle Banking and the store is small so not many seats are available if you want to sit down and do any work while drinking your order. The biggest drawback is the lack of parking spaces because there just aren't enough spaces for the employees and customers to park. The parking lot is very narrow so pulling into and out of a space is difficult. There really is not enough room for 2 way traffic. To get to the drive thru you have to go through the narrow parking lot and around the front on the Pinnacle Bank parking spots and loop around. It is not big enough for when it is busy as the line prevents people from pulling into the parking spots in front of the Starbucks side door entrance and block the bank...

I was at the drive through and having issues pulling up my app and this lady by the name of “ TRUDY” slam her hand on the counter I’m guessing I’m not moving quick enough for her. I end up using my Apple Pay due to my Starbucks app not working and I have to scan my phone and enter my password. She say it didn’t work and I replied back I need to put my password you can tell she was irritated.
She flat out told me I have an attitude and told her ma’am you had an attitude first… as I was getting ready to leave she sarcastically said hope you have a better day and repeated her self twice. She was definitely trying to push buttons and would not let it go.
I also asked for puppuccino and she intentionally put anything in my cup. People like her don’t have no business working in a customer...
Read moreGoing to start going to a different Starbucks if they don’t change the girl on the headset in the drive-thru. She gets my order wrong every morning. She even repeated it back to me this morning wrong so I had to correct her twice and when I finally got to the window it was still wrong.
Update: Came to this one again because I blanked and drove right by the better Starbucks. Big mistake. I’ve never seen a crazier place that also gets more things wrong. Got every aspect of my order wrong, as expected. Went inside this time thinking maybe if I talked to someone in person they could get my order right. Boy was I wrong!
