Worst service I’ve ever gotten here in Arizona of the 7 years I’ve been living here. My family and I walked in to dine in to eat dinner. My family sat and I went to ask the cashier do we order in front or have a seat? A girl said there is usually a waitress and said let me get you all a menu, of course I said thank you and I sat with my kids and husband at the table .. she came put our menus and silverware on table and said someone will be with you shortly and of course again I said ok thank you .. We waited.. after 20 minutes and yet no customer service whatsoever we waiting .. After the 20 minutes a young guy asked 3 set of people at their tables across us if they were ok and needed anything all of them said no and the young guy didn’t even look at us or bother to come to our table to ask us for our drinks and if we have been helped (NOTHING)My kids said why they taking long and I see they all standing around doing everything else but come to our table to at least take our drink orders.. my kids started to get upset and seeing how we were getting treated .. A family of 4 came in after us and they already had their drinks and appetizers. So we decided to get up because we started to see that they know we were there waiting and still ignoring us . Everyone was working but they stood there like we weren’t there smh.. I’ve never felt so discriminated in my life and my kids having to experience it as well .. SO SAD! My family and I are so disappointed !! The crust, the crust, the crust, the crust the crust is a must fork drop here, boom the goat, absolute goat I recently visited Brooklyn v's pizza a popular pizza restaurant in the heart of Gilbert and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, with the most amazing ceiling decor and dim lighting. The smell of freshly baked pizza wafting through the air.

The menu was extensive, with dozens of toppings and combinations to choose from, as well as a few classic pasta dishes and salads to round out the selection. I opted for the traditional pepperoni pizza with a side of garlic knots.

When the pizza arrived at our table, steaming hot and oozing with cheese, we knew we were in for a treat. The crust was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside yet soft and doughy on the inside. The sauce was tangy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The garlic knots were also a hit, with just the right amount of buttery garlic flavor and a fluffy texture.

The service was friendly and efficient, with our server checking in on us frequently and making sure we had everything we needed. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service we received, and we left feeling completely satisfied.

I want to first say I love the pizza at this place and I usually eat here at least once if not twice a week but after tonight's experience I'm officially done with Brooklyn V's I will never spend a dime there ever again. I will not recommend this place nor will I ever set foot in there again. I ordered a pizza and garlic knots there was a special on them tonight after ordering my pizza 20 minutes later I went in and waited for another 30 minutes inside the pizza store. Only to tell me they're added knots after 50 minutes and that my pizza still was not ready. In the meantime some people had come in and sat down to eat and got served their pizza within 30 minutes. The old man Vito that's normally they're running the place wasn't there and this place was a complete disaster tonight the kitchen didn't care you can see them in their laughing and not caring about the service and for the young man up in front I never got an apology or nothing else just at wanting to know if I wanted my money back. I should have got my money back and I should have got the pizza free fro waiting forever. So I had to end up getting dinner somewhere else. Shame on you Brooklyn bees never ever again.
