Best coffee in the East Valley—hands down! I’ve been a fan of Casita Coffee since the days of their adorable mobile coffee shop, and watching them grow into their new brick & mortar space has been such a treat! The new spot is precious—super chic, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with cute board games and even toys for the kiddos. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a while. But let’s talk about what really sets them apart—their authentic Hispanic flavors that truly represent the culture. From their drinks to their welcoming vibe, everything feels intentional and rooted in community. They also offer a variety of milk options and are super accommodating when it comes to customizing your drink. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or something with a cultural twist, they’ve got you covered. If you haven’t checked them out yet, do yourself a favor and go! Your taste buds will thank you.

7/3/25 - I found this place on TikTok and I was super excited because I love a good cafecito. Upon entering I seen it wasn’t busy, just one guy ahead of me. I walked around towards the pick up area to see what they had displayed on the wall and I guess I shouldn’t have because both employees looked at me crazy as if I was doing something wrong. Sorry just a little blind! There was no sort of communication or anything with the gentleman taking my order. It was very silent. Waited a few minutes and then was handed my coffee, I said thank you and received a “yeah” from the woman behind the counter. Probably won’t be going back here just based off the energy in the shop. Not sure if they were having a rough morning but it definitely ruined the excitement of a new coffee shop find. My drink was good no complaints there.

January (noun): A giant Monday. Mi casita tu casita. Great spot to get some work done. I got the cookie butter coffee with almond milk but I was definitely eyeing some of their offerings in the treats display. Simplistic, minimalistic, with a slight boho feel... it's a charming atmosphere. It's not the biggest space so I wouldn't recommend large groups but if you need a spot to chat with a friend, Casita Coffee is a place you should consider. Service is great. The guy at the counter told us how they started off as a coffee trailer and finally opened up a store. I wish them much success!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Casita Coffee is one of those rare gems you stumble upon and instantly want to tell everyone about. The moment you walk in, you're greeted like family. The lady at the counter is incredibly kind and welcoming—genuine hospitality that you don’t find often these days.

But let’s talk about the coffee. This isn’t your average coffee shop. Casita Coffee specializes in unique, flavor-rich drinks you truly won’t find anywhere else. I tried the horchata latte and the strawberries & cream espresso (con crema)—absolutely out of this world. The flavors are exotic, bold, and beautifully balanced, giving you that perfect blend of Mexican soul and American craft.

You can tell the owners care deeply—not just about the coffee, but about the entire experience. The coffee beans are high-quality, the drinks are crafted with love, and even the décor is thoughtful. The vibe is cozy, warm, and inspiring, with messages on the wall that genuinely make you feel at home. It’s called Casita Coffee for a reason—it really does feel like a little house full of warmth, flavor, and heart.

If you're tired of the same old coffee chains and want to experience something truly special, come here. Support local. Support passion. You...
