I am updating this review as it has been many years. So my original review raved about the Italian grinder, sadly that is no longer available. Liberty Market seems to have streamlined their menu and removed some of my favorite items like the breakfast sandwich. Though it is not all bad, the quality and taste of the food stays very high. What is on your plate is consistently delicious. I can still recommend any pizza, any pasta, and everything from the now full sized bar which includes the coffee bar.
Which brings up the redesign. Gone is the walk up coffee bar in the corner, now that is the host corner. The coffee bar is on the opposite size of the restaurant where it has been expanded to a full service bar. The quality of the coffee remains now with a larger seating area and more options. Though, running in a getting a coffee to-go is a bit more awkward of an exchange. The redesign also removes the order first and find your own seating to a more traditional host and server sit down style. Which is not a bad thing, just a notable change.
My biggest issue with the redesign is specifically the two person seating area. Two person tabletops are fixed to a large center beam. Which is aesthetically pleasing but creates an awkward moment of following the host to your table, and one person having to walk around the aisle to the other side as the beam makes it impossible to walk between the tables. If you know and expect this you'll know to walk on the other side of the table, it is a non-issue. Thankfully this is only for the 2 seat tables of which there are only about 6 - 8 in the center of the seating area.
Last point I will make is the pricing, like every restaurant prices have risen and dramatically. The $10 - 20 per person is not accurate. In example the Chilaquiles are over $10(one of the cheaper options) and then the additions to that plate bring it to nearly $20. After getting a drink that will bring the bill for one person to about $25. Which is not a bad thing. Just something to note. A date night or dinner with friends and a few cocktails or wine will be far more. For the style, quality, and class of restaurant that premium is warranted.
I still very much enjoy Liberty Market and while the price premium means I go far less often now, I am rarely if ever disappointed. The quality remains high and the service friendly...

We loved this place so much we ate dinner and came back for breakfast the next day.
We went for dinner on a Saturday night around 5ish and got seated immediately at the perfect little booth right by the window perfect for people watching. On Sunday morning we went for a late brunch and seating took about 20 min and we got seated by a bigger table which felt a little cramp. But still good food both times.
For appetizers, we started with the warm bread which was amazing. I think it is their pizza crust sliced served with butter but it was the perfect starter. We also got the warm pretzel with cheese. I think next time we will order two warm breads and skip the pretzel - it was a little over cooked for us.
For dinner, we enjoyed the Meatball Sub which was made with local noble bread and it was deliciously seasoned and came with an extra side of sauce for those needing an extra heavy sip. My only wish is for a little bit of a bigger hoagie bun. My meatballs kept slipping out. We also enjoyed the Chilaquiles and they were loved by both the medium and extra hot spicy lover. They had really great flavor and to keep the dish from being overly soggy with the corn tortillas they also use corn chips for extra crunch. I would suggest adding in some grilled chicken for an extra filling bite.
For breakfast, I highly suggest getting the biscuits and gravy. It was perfectly portioned and seasoned.
And no matter when you go we recommend the mimosas and the Arizona Sunset.
Oh my goodness how could I forget to talk about the homemade Oatmeal Cream Pie - get it you won't regret it. Tastes better than Little Debbie with the freshest cream.
Overall - highly recommend and ask for a booth if you can. You will love the food and the atmosphere. And the team working has been amazing and friendly both times that...
Read moreWe are regulars here, and we love the food, especially the salads and apps. Full transparency - I am in the industry. I am moved to write this review to try to effect a change or return to better service. The last two times we've gone qe have been less than impressed with the service. I hesitated to comment the time before last despite a completely disengaged host (young woman) who didn't bother to look us in the eye and barely spoke while seating us and then ignored us completely on the way out when we said good night. But when we were there this week, a relaxed, no-attention-to-detail attitude seemed to be settling in. Our sever was nice but inexperienced - which is all good if everything goes well. But, cold fries, an extra long wait for wine and cider (after the cold fries arrived), and then tried to charge us for two orders of fries after asking for hot fries. Lastly, a small but important detail in my experience - the servers have a table pattern to follow (a seating chart) so when the food comes, they know who ordered what. It is a simple but effective professional tool to take the guesswork out of delivering food. It prevents making wrong assumptions. But, everytime Liberty food runners or servers deliver the food they either "sell" the food ( who's having the beat salad) or assume (the guy is having the burger and the woman the salad). In our last two visits, it was one of each. I was given the Asian Noodle salad and cider and my wife the beet salad and wine, the exact opposite. Of the details don't matter to the owners, become a QSR. Stop the pretense. But we like full service sometimes and are willing to pay for it We are big fans of Topo, Joe's BBQ, and the Farm Grill... all QSR units. Step up the training!! Best...
