Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gilbert

A quick disclaimer- I really wanted to be able to like this location because it is so close to my house, but unfortunately every single visit they somehow manage to lower my expectations.

There are 2 major reasons as to why this location has fallen short of my expectations and has lost my business.

#1: Inconsistency. Every single time I visit this location they are out of stock of something. It doesn’t matter what time I visit, they are either out of cream cheese, half their bagel selections, donuts, or something else. Not once in the past half year have I been able to get the exact bagel with plain cream cheese and a donut that I was feeling that particular day. Not to mention, I have been unable to get any beyond meat sandwiches for the past 2 months? It looks like they have unapologetically stopped carrying them all together.

#2: Poor customer service. Although they nearly always always are out of stock of something, I have never heard them give a sincere apology or an estimate as to when they will be restocking. The workers are way too nonchalant and act like this job is below them. Rarely do I see them crack a smile or engage in any levels of conversation. This would make sense if this location was extremely busy, but I have never seen them sustain a legitimate line of customers. On top of that, they sometimes decide to close early on a whim. Some locations are consistent with closing early, but this location is very inconsistent, which is very frustrating if you plan to visit according to their hours online.

TLDR; If you plan on visiting this location call them first- make sure they have everything you plan on ordering in stock, and confirm they aren’t closing early. That is, if they answer...

i came through drive thru and ordered 4 items a coffee, everything bagel, breakfast sandwich, and hash browns. we pay and get pulled around before getting anything we ordered which is fine and understandable, as my husband and i used to work in the fast food industry. the girl with blonde hair and dark roots who took out the pulled car order gave us our food and had forgotten my coffee so my husband asked her for it and for the hot sauce they forgot that as well and instead of saying like absolutely i’ll grab that for you i’m so sorry, she looked at us with no response and walked back inside for the stuff and so i double check our order to make sure it was correct and i got a plain bagel with cream cheese and i let the girl know and asked for an everything bagel so she went back inside and then my husband just goes inside because it was probably easier for her instead of having to run back out and the man inside was going to give my husband hot sauce but my husband helped himself to the ones out already and the man was like ok and then just tosses the one he had in his hand onto the counter rudely and they informed him that they’re out of everything bagel and they just charged us for something we didn’t even want. then we just head out and i try the coffee which i asked for no sugar and sugar was still out in it. such a waste of money. we were having an amazing morning and we were treated so poorly here it really made us upset. would not recommend...

Stopped by after dropping the kids off at school. Started to ask the lady for a bagel sandwich meal and she was very rude stating "we don't do meals here". I said ok and proceeded to order some munchkins, I asked for glazed and chocolate and the lady interrupted me and said "we dont have glazed or chocolate". I was kind of shocked at her rudeness and reminded her that it is 830am and people typically come to Dunkin Donuts for Donuts...? I was confused and asked if they stopped carrying the flavors or if they ran out and she just said "we ran out, I can't help that some lady before you had a big order and ordered all of them". I asked her if they would make more since it was early in the morning and she reluctantly said "well it's going to take like 10 mins". I was so surprised by this rude and unprofessional behavior I left and went to another location. I refuse to give my money to an unprofessional and rude person. There are so many other breakfast places and other Dunkins around, why would I waste my money at a place that people are straight up rude? This isnt a monopoly. Management should do something about her but unfortunately I didnt catch her name, but she will know exactly what this is about if she sees this. This location has permanently lost my business. Go to the Dunkin on Baseline and Stapley if you want good customer service and the food you actually order. Save yourself a trip and dont come to...
