We have been going to this dunkin donuts for years. This morning we made our second trip through the drive thru when we encountered a shift lead who had attitude. Iâve worked in customer service a long time and even without that experience I have common sense about customer verses employee. When trying to order our drinks, not only was the employee/shift lead rude and gave huge attitude in telling me I was wrong in ordering what I order almost daily. When weâd had enough we pulled up to the window and asked why was she giving us such poor treatment? Can we speak to a manager. She again, begain to belittle and argue with us. She refused to give me her name or her managers name. When we asked for the phone number she replied âitâs my 4th day, I AM the manager, and I have no numbers to give you. Come back at 4pm if youâd like to speak to a different managerâ. I canât image that she DID NOT received a employee hand book when the company made the poor choice in hiring her. I also canât imagine that Dunkinâ Donuts is a company who allows their employeeâs and shift leads to treat their customers in such a manner. If I could I would give this location a negative five stars for this mornings treatment. After calling other store in the district and hearing from other store managers (we called three) what we found out is this store has huge turn over and the person who mistreated us name is Caliece. The store manager is Joanne and the district manager is Michelle. I have called for a meeting between everyone and I hope this can be worked out.    Read moreWe stopped visiting this location because our coffee order never seemed to come out right (they like serving milk and sugar with a splash of coffee even when you order a large coffee with only 2 sugars and 2 creams) and because of their inability to process orders either inside or in the drive thru in a timely manner. With that being said we needed something quick this morning, and as such, we went back there. What a disappointment! The line for the drive thru was so long that people where waiting on both sides of the entrance (this should have been my first clue not to go here) so I decided I would go inside. I ordered two wake up wraps and a croissant sandwich. TEN MINUTES after ordering and paying for my food (this doesnt even include how long I had to stand in line just to order the food) I still didnât have our food! I order two coffees Monday through Friday and one on Saturday and they always double check to make sure itâs only one that day. I have been coming here since it opened and while not all the new employees are the best at making coffee there are still some of them who can make a perfect cup. If anything maybe some of the new workers should take a little extra care to perfect their coffee but even when I lived in San tan valley I would go out of my way to come to this location.
The only problem with this location is it isnât very consistent like I said before some of them are better at making coffees than others and some of the ladies are a tad bit mean. But I think today was the worst with my coffees (always the same) not even looking close to each other.
