Delicieux Juice Bar — Restaurant in Gilbert

This juice place has a great menu and location but their service is consistently horrible. I hadn't been there in 2 years due to the time it takes to get a smoothie, roughly 20 to 25 minutes, but thought I'd see today if they upped their game.

I know they are historically slow, so I allowed 20 minutes. I arrived at 11:50 am, placed my order, and the owner was just finishing up on an order ahead of me. A couple was ahead 9f me, then me. At 12:10 the couple received their order. During this time, another dude walked in and ordered long after me. He received his bowl at 12:15, 25 minutes after I arrived. I then inquired when my juice would be ready and the owner said he would start it next. Totally unacceptable.

I told the owner I needed to leave, it was taking too long, and he apologized profusely. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my money back. When I said yes, he seemed to lose his mind. He couldn't figure out how much he owed me. Although mine cost $9 plus tax, I was surprised me apparently didn't know his menu prices. I said "Just give me $8," to which he then looked up the item yet handed me $8. So I'm out $2 with tip.
