Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gilbert

They served a burnt pizza they should have never package and sold. They wouldn't take it back. After speaking with the manager, apparently it is "okay" with them that they are losing customers who have purchased pizaa from them every week for the last three months, at least and sometimes multiple times per week. Our daughters Loves pizza-- but good pizza. She couldn't stop talking about how bad it was. We will simply go elsewhere. Btw, I was cordial speaking with the manager as I always am (not a rude customer at all) so the manager was simply fine with their subpar pizza,, and fine with losing business. Little Caesars is a really good place to get pizza besides like domino's Pizza Hut Gino's all that But will would be really more interesting next time I go back there Is if they added a rewards section on their app cause I've used their app long enough to know that I can use it to pay and then wait for them to cook it and then go over to the location to pick it up It would just be interesting for them to have something like that as part of an improvement for their place such as how Starbucks has their star rewards every time you purchase...

This place is horrible. Their pizza is frequently terribly made. I understand I'm only paying $5 for a pizza, but I expect the pizza to at least appear edible. Tonight was our last straw. The first pizza given to us had hardly any cheese on it. When we asked for a different one from the manager, they tried to make us think the cutting caused the cheese to "move".
