You have many issues to deal with.

First, your contact forces people to open Outlook for their email.

NOT GOOD!!!!

I placed an order via the website.

There is no way to track the order progress!!

There is an order button that says track now, but it returns with

“This order does not belong to this account. Please sign in with the correct account.”

Where is my food I paid for!!!!!

Not very user friendly!!

I will not be ordering again, even though the store is less than ½ mile from my house unless I am assured this is fixed!!!

Need to fix delivery notification, not their first store!! Should be a slam dunk!!

Edit: Delivery showed up and said order was NOT paid! He called and that verification it WAS paid.

Not the end of the world, but something that adds to the other issues.

Calzone was good, really liked it, Only issue is the lack of connection from the order to the customer via the internet!

Ordered again. Still no tracking info even though it is offered on the website. Food was good, the calzone literally had a cup worth of ingredients. Terribly understuffed!!! The first time was much more stuffed (inconsistence?). Meal was comped after first order was an issue (thank you).

Decided to try one more time. Still no tracking info on website. It has been two weeks and still can't fix the tracking. Time for a new IT guy!! Website says: “This order does not belong to this account. Please sign in with the correct account.”

On a side, they had a BOGO for tue. It didn't show until I had already placed the order. It wouldn't let me change the order to include the BOGO. Not fair.

It is now 2:05. Order was placed at 1:27.Expected delivery was 2pm. I live 1/2 miles from the store.

Just got a text.

Delivery instructions were not in error!!!!!!

1 hour for a pizza that is .5 miles away!!!!!!!

This going from bad to worse!!!!!!!

Now the expected delivery is 2:52, 1.5 hours after placing the order!!!!!!

14:39 message says order picked up. Why doe it take an hour and a half for doordash to pick up the order I have order from doordash before and never had an issue?

Order arrived at 2:49. driver was very nice and said she received the order at about 2:40.

Why 1:15 from order placement until driver notification?

In a shell, 1 and a half hours for pizza delivery!!!!!

Back to Dominos!! Not as good but at least reliable!!!!!!!!!!!

Well maybe not dominos!! But Brooklyn V's is VERY good and delivery is...

02/15/2025 5:12pm order #129 my wife and i wanted pizza so we thought lets go to our favorite Marcos we always go to and get pizza so we walked in loud rap music is playing we thought that was odd we placed our order is was hard for the girl who im told is the GM to hear us over the loud music and sit and wait for our food while sitting there we had to listen to music with profanity and the girl who apparently is the GM is talking with 2 employees a tall African American kid and a stocky caucasian kid with red hair all the standing around talking loudly about lifting weights using profanity i mean i was going to say something after i heard the F word 9 times so we had to put up with all of this odd behavior to get our food and they messed up our food so it ruined our night i told the girl GM you shouldn't use profanity with customers in the store she didn't even apologize so i called in the get the GM info one of the guys answered i asked about the GM he told me she is in the store so i couldn't rely on that stores GM i told him im going to find the owner so i called the Ray store and spoke with the GM at that store he told me that girl apparently is the actual GM wow and took my information he is going to pass it to the area manager who im told takes this stuff seriously and im looking forward to seeing him respond here and reach out to me to correct this im willing to change the review but what happened today needs to be fixed and compensated go to Ray update so i was contacted by the district regional manager and he is legit he took this very seriously and corrected the issue and talked to everyone and he made it right this is seriously good pizza again thank you Marcos...

Ordered online to be delivered to my work 1.4 miles away. After it was 25 mins past the delivery time I called and was initially told they didn't have drivers on at the time, but they would call a door dash driver. I was skeptical the pizza would still be warm as it had been 25 mins of it sitting around.

The lady hung up then called back and apologized she misread the order and didn't realize it was for delivery. I asked if I could get the pizza remade then sent out to me an they said it would be a 15 min turn around for that an I agreed. They seemed a bit reluctant about it.

After this the pizza was delivered shortly but to my surprise the pizza was Luke warm at best and looked reminisant of a little ceasers hot n ready that had been under the heat lamp too long. I called back and they assured me it had been remade and it was a fresh pie, tho the cheese was hard and the internal temp said otherwise to me. Was credited (an undisclosed ammount or a free pizza i donno was not clear) for the mistakes.

The pizza itself wasn't the best. I got the spicy cheese blend old world pepperoni and was not expecting that level of spice from the cheese. It really drown out the other flavors of the pie, except for the buttery crust, which was very tasty.

All in all not the best first impression from this place, would suggest pick-up if you are able as a few of the reviews have mentioned problems...
