Yesterday my son wasnât feeling well so I picked up dinner here. The food was cold. Happens at this location a lot. I came back to get food replaced which I havenât done before (I usually put up with it) I brought the uneaten food back with me. The attitude from the manager was absolutely unbelievable! She was so rude and had such an attitude(donât recall her name but she had black hair and a septum piercing). Acting like I was there for free food when all I wanted was what I paid for. The food was mainly for my kids. It was oneâs birthday and the other is recovering from AML and bone marrow transplant so it wouldâve been nice to bring them hot food instead of inedible cold food with a side of attitude from the manager and the cashier! Both of these âyoung ladiesâ were so rude. The girl at the window where you get your food however was an absolute doll and she deserves to be recognized for her good attitude and hard work. That said Any manager who runs a crew the way of this manager is running things should be let go. Dealing with customer issues is part of a managers job and so is service recovery at at a bare minimum a manager should have the ability to manage themselves. I would think McDonalds policy probably isnât to give a customer who had an issue with their food an attitude and at this point in the interaction I didnât even want the food for my family since Iâm not a fan of supporting businesses that treat their customers poorly but apparently that was the only option and she rudely made that clear. Take notice not one response on any comments on here which makes it clear management supervisors and even the franchise owner does not care about anything any paying customers have to say. Iâve given the locati visits and in my experience the afternoon crew is far kinder and has given me better drive through experiences. In the Morning this place is bad. Every time I have visited in the morning they have seemed like the type of food service people who would like to spit in my food. The first incident was when I was ordering coffee. I asked for light milk or cream. They were confused by this and two people were snippy about the fact I didnât know if I wanted 1 or 2 despite the fact they couldnât tell me 1 or 2 meant in any sort of measurement. They were rude at the window and I donât think i deserve to be treated like an idiot for not understanding what they couldnât explain. Next visit was the same people. At the ordering screen they said no greeting and just said âwhat can I get you?â This time they were confused when I asked for the mango pineapple smoothie. They act like itâs an inconvenience to have to give you your order at the window. This time was the first time Iâve seen a line. Same person was taking orders. Same as before they seemed bothered by me to be taking my order. My annoyance seeped into my voice today. When I sounded annoyed was the first time I heard any sort of tone change from the employees here. The line might be shorter if you had both the windows open instead of using the payment window to store your bread trays. The parking lot would be less dangerous if you opened your second line.    Read moreArrived at 0700 this morning, greeted the cashier with good morning as she said nothing to me. I explained that I was picking up a mobile order and be gave her the rest of the details she needed to complete the order.
The order came out relatively quickly, and I was just repeating the name to her to confirm verbally on camera. I try to do this for the safety of not only myself and my team, but also to protect the merchant who is providing us with work. That way in case there is any other concerns like allergies that should have been addressed I can verbally and visually get photo and audio evidence to protect my clients. She extremely rudely rattled back the last name to me and just kind of looked at me with disgust. I apologize I'm a disabled United States citizen, I don't walk very well, I may or may not have stepped out of my shoes one or two times inside that store. That is all irrelevant.
McDonald's corporate if you read this I want you to go ahead and get a on counter from patron side view of me Sunday September 25th 2022@0700. You will see exactly what I'm talking about.
Food wise it's mcdonald's, the client was happy so as long as I didn't have to come back and dispute anything I'm assuming the food was good.
