Worst service ever at this location. The manager acts helpless when anything goes wrong on MULTIPLE occasions. 1) I bought and loaded a gift card onto the app. I went to pay and my balanced showed $18, but when I went to pay it reset to $0. The cashier saw this happen and was confused and alerted the manager. He said he couldn’t help me, but forwarded the incident on to corporate and copied me on the email. I never heard back from him or corporate even after providing all the info they asked for. $18 eaten. 2) Today the app charged me twice for an order, but when I went to pick it up they only gave me one drink. Later I realized their mistake when I saw two charges on my account and called them back. The manager said sorry, she can’t do anything about it. She said she would forward the issue to corporate. I saw how that went nowhere last time, so I asked her to make it up to me because her store made a mistake of only making and handing over 1 drink even though I paid for 2. She insisted she can’t do anything to compensate me for her worker’s mistake. I explained I exercise in that plaza and go to her store multiple times a week with my husband to get smoothies after we workout, spending $15-$20 each time. She said she can’t do anything and blamed it on the app for double-charging me. The app is very glitchy, add that to this location’s terrible customer service, and I won’t be going back to this store and recommend you don’t either. In addition, unlike the other locations, my husband’s favorite smoothie (PB Nut) is consistently made poorly and he threw them away the last two times even though he paid $9 each time. One time he had them fix it, but it was still gross so he stopped asking. Now we’ll just wizen up and stop wasting our money here and tell everyone we know...

I am so confused how anyone actually believes this sugared up ice is actually healthy food. I’m giving it 2 stars because their branding is excellent, excellent enough to fools patrons into paying for junk food marketed as health food. I had to come in and check out the hype we ordered the Berry “acai bowl” they were out of fresh strawberries so we accepted changing them out for bananas as a topping, I asked if anything was organic here, the employee said “no, I don’t think so”..I then asked what acai they use, of course it was a sorbet but the girl had to double check to see.. I then asked which protein they use… generic whey was the answer I was given once the employee did some digging around.. so first off.. employees know nothing about their product they are serving. I still decided to order we took the employees suggesting it was a mango smoothie with house made cashew milk, which sounded good! Upon receiving the cup it was the consistency of a plant based milk, tastes like cashew milk with a hint of mango, pretty disappointed I tried my “acai” bowl, the presentation was pretty solid, but upon my first bite the mildly berry flavored colored ice was so bland, luckily the sugar covered granola offered some hint of sweetness. But unfortunately I was seeking healthy food not sugar granola and colored ice so along with the smoothie I tossed both items in the trash huge waste of $19.83.

Let me just say, I am so glad to have a healthier alternative to other chain restaurant smoothies where others would say their smoothies where healthy, only for them to have a lot of artificial flavors and additives. I am ecstatic to be able to drink Nekter smoothies that use real fruit and real ingredients all while keeping it simple and clean. I also heard you make your own almond milk or cashew milk which is a bonus, and we can even customize our own smoothies to our preference. Also your Acai bowls have the perfect amount of fruit and granola where a lot of places don't put enough granola. Additionally, we need more healthy alternatives like your business in the world, as I believe if we had more healthy options to choose from perhaps, we wouldn't choose the unhealthy ones. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and attentive and quick to get my online order for me, it was my first time trying Nekter but I can assure you it won't be my last and I would love to recommend you to...
