THANK YOU FOR YOUR MULTIPLE KINDNESSES!!! I have to stop TONIGHT and right in a review for the extraordinary service I JUST received. I drive a Special Needs School Bus for the Higley Unified School District. One of my students is celebrating her 16th birthday tomorrow and we are all swept up in her enthusiasm! I called ahead to see if this Starbucks had any Cake Pops left today. The Barista (Jeremy) took his time, explaining them to me, and offered to "put two aside for me". I was VERY grateful!!!
When I arrived, Kaitlyn was in the Drive Thru. My dog was going NUTS thinking we were driving through Dairy Queen. You can't imagine my delight when I saw that this Starbucks has devoted an entire window to photos of their customers pooches with their gifted "Starbuck's Pup Cups!" Kaitlyn's eyes lit up and danced as she asked "Would he like one of ours???" DID HE EVER !!! She got the Pup Cup and retrieved the Cake Pops. I tried to hand her my Gift Cards (that Student parent's have graciously given me), but she insisted, "We've taken care of your order!" I was ASTONISHED !!!!!

Read moreCame into Starbucks this morning to grab a quick drink before work. I saw they were a bit busy but thought it was okay since I still had time. I ordered my drink and stood where everyone else was waiting for their drink. I waited for about 20 min, watching people go in and out grabbing their drinks. After the 20 min, I went up to the girl making drinks and asked if my drink was soon to be made. All she said was there was a 15 drink order that an individual ordered before mine. I think this is poor customer service since she could have incorporated my drink and others while also making the 15 drink order to lessen the wait of others. 15 drinks is a lot compared to a simple 1 drink. I then asked for a refund instead since I was about to be late for work and she directed me to the cashier who could do that for me. The cashier said he would quickly make my drink instead that took him only 15 seconds to make. Props to him but poor customer service...
Read moreI only gave 4 stars because I waited in line for 30 minutes. Which is kind of not fair because it's not their fault that they propped up in a popular area where everybody needs caffeine to function. Lol. Anyways, the staff was great. Joked around with me a little bit. The gal at the window made me smile when she pointed out my ignorance of Starbucks sizes. What the heck is a venti? I don't even know if I spelled that right. I would think that grande would be bigger than venti. But she straightened me out, and we both got to laugh out of it. That's a good way to start your morning. People helping people be happy. We need a lot more of that in the world these days. Yes I'll be back there next weekend to grab my wife a coffee. She's one of those that need their caffeine...
