So i order food from there app everything goes through just fine then i get a text message saying something went wrong please come to the counter... i call and the gentleman said “oh well that’s because we have to check you in”... well wait i used your mobile app and still have to come in check in and still wait for My food ?? I thought the app was made to eliminate the wait!! So the gentleman checks me in over the the phone we end our conversation and shortly after i get a text saying my food will be ready in 8- 10 minutes. I get there the gentleman says “so you owe 95 cents still we tried charging your card but it didn’t go through” i found that odd but i just gave him a dallor because i was hungry and wanted my food.. as i sit down to wait.. i look at my bbank acount for that transaction the amount that was on the app was taken out but the amount on the recipt the store had were completely different thats where they said i still owed the 95 cents. Why were there two different totals?? Hmmm?? Read moreCame to leave a review about the cashier girl, Nicole V, and read a review from a guy named Dan. That guy must have the wrong location and employee because when I was there 3 days ago, which looks like when he showed up, ALLEGEDLY. the girl kind of talked different. I wouldn’t say “high”, but maybe some kind of speech impediment and it was NOT super noticeable. Honestly, maybe she was tired because it was like 11pm, I WAS tired. My order was correct but I think ordering from taco bell is pretty easy, maybe I can’t say the same for Dan. He seems to lack basic human empathy for service workers and that’s a him problem. Crazy how you can have two completely different experiences in the same night. This girl needs a raise for dealing with these people. She was super kind and attentive, repeated my order back (which is what normally happens at fast food restaurants so that YOU, the customer, can verify they heard you correctly), and I realized I asked for potato tacos with extra lettuce, instead of extra cheese. So, maybe this guy needs to chill out on TACO BELL EMPLOYEES BECAUSE ITS NOT THAT DEEP. My tummy for them potato tacos is...
Read moreI get the same thing three to four times a week for breakfast. All other Taco bells I have ever been to charged the same price except for if tax is involved from City to City. When you pull up to the drive-thru at this Taco Bell it is a very cheerful sounding woman that is enthusiastic to take your order. And then dead silence! After asking if anyone was there at least three times, a very lethargic and almost put out voice said "hold on a minute" then they charged me a full $2 more for the same thing I always get at other Taco bells. I thought surely there has to be an error. In speaking with her at the window asking if there was a mistake made, she said no very slowly. I asked to speak to the manager and sadly she was the manager. So if you are considering eating here and don't care about spending More than 25% above other Taco bells, go ahead and pull in! You might get lucky and actually get the extras that you ask for, I did not. This is my receipt from Lazy Susan . Note; the very next day I went to another Taco Bell and it...
