Wow!!! REPLACED MY PANCAKES WITH, THE SAME PANCAKES. Pics to prove it. Yesterday took my 9yr old son. We have eaten here quite a bit. He's on the spectrum so we order very specifically every time. We're seated, then dripping sweat Mike stops by, "did you just sit down?". Yes no worries. Comes back within 5 minutes take our drink order, choc milkshake no whip, coffee no cream. He says I'll be right back with your coffee, shake about 5min. Thx! Past 5 min he walks by, OH MY I'LL BE RIGHT BACK I FORGOT. Leaves me an empty coffee cup, still no coffee pot left for me. A girl walks up about 3min later, milkshake dripping on all sides wondering who ordered it so she can leave it, like that. Um, we ordered no whip. Then here comes Mike, with watered down coffee. He said oh you didn't say that, what kind of creamer did you ask for. I said no crean for either drinks when ordering. AHH OH YEAH SO SORRY, then the girl asks if she can just take off the top, or remake! Can you please remake? (We literally order the same thing every time) Pancakes butter on side Hashbrowns 2 poached eggs Wheat toast All meat on one plate Milkshake no whip Coffee black
My eggs were sitting in a bowl of water, bottom one leaking yolks. Butter on pancakes, not the correct amount of meat, no toast, Hashbrowns- the smallest portion I ever seen 3 bites worth 45 min never got to eat, I was so shocked and shaky 20 minutes for Luke warm coffee never left a pot 15 minutes milkshake never got a straw, until I called out after my son could no longer reach with his tongue. The guy gave me 3 in a rush. I finally said can you just bring me toast so I can try to eat something. IT GETS WORSE! I shake the Tabasco, with my finger over the closed lid, not knowing the lid is cracked, it sprays in my nail, all over my plate and food, literally as he walks up. I'm like dude, this is all bad, please bring me some new pancakes, ima eat what I can. HE WENT AND WARMED THEM UP AND BROUGHT THEM RIGHT BACK TO ME. RED CHILE SPOTS AND ALL. So done at that point. I NEEDED A MANAGER. Unfortunately, I don't think much will change after my interaction with him. I recorded it.

Read moreThis morning I placed a curbside pickup order for Gilbert IHOP 3495 E Baseline Rd. I arrived at the designated time 8:36am and text the link and also called the curbside phone number to let them know I arrived. Lady answers the phone and says food will be out shortly. I waited 15 minutes and no one came out so then I decided to go inside. Once inside, it took another 10 minutes for someone to assist me. They kept walking past me like I wasn’t there. Finally she approaches me and I explain that I’ve been waiting a while and that I called and communicated via the text message link they sent me. The lady goes to check if there is an order, finds it and then proceeds to hand it to me. I asked if it was still hot and she said a little warm. So I checked myself and touched the container and it was cold. She offered to have the breakfast remade and I said yes that’s fine. I had no problem waiting since I had already waited. While waiting for them to remake another order, I hear the lady/manager in the back saying “Well that’s her fault she waited that long”!??? I could not believe what I heard! My fault? Because I paid for and waited for a service that they offer. That was very rude and I will be reporting them. When I heard the lady say that, I told them I would prefer a refund because of what she said and her NASTY attitude. I definitely don’t trust you to remake my food after that. The worker said she’ll get the manager for me. Then all of a sudden the manager was too busy to face me and/or give me a refund. The worker said the manager said I’ll have the refund back on card today. So I took a picture of my receipt amongst other things and left. Terrible service and again I will be reporting the Manager because I have a feeling why I was dismissed. Shame on you and your customer service!...
Read moreI came in with my mother and waited not too long, it was a reasonable time considering they were busy. I just wanted to recognize the employees for doing what they do and dealing with the people that they do. Me and my mother observed a women belittle the staff because she had a party of 11 and wasn’t sat where she wanted and at the time she wanted when her party wasn’t fully there and the restaurant was full with big parties already. This Women started belittling the staff even before the manager even spoke to her. You could obviously she was a racist women as she also talked down on me for defending the staff(I am a black women) this women spoke about their skin color(the manager was Hispanic, one of the host was I believe black and the other host was Hispanic) The manager was very friendly to this party and tried to resolve the issue while the women sat there yelling at her before she could speak. I personally asked the women to leave myself as she was causing a seen and was talking so low of the staff. All the host were amazing and kept their cool, I specially wanna give shout out to Adian for standing up for their manager. We later asked to speak to the manager(she said her name was Michelle) she was honestly such a lovely person. She was running food,checking on tables and cleaning floors making sure everything was okay with customers . We wanna give this staff a big KUDOS to all the staff. The food was amazing,fast and the place was surprisingly clean from what we use to see here years ago.
