Taco Bros — Restaurant in Gilbert

This place is a joke… but we should have known the moment we walked in and it was empty… most of the menu items were unavailable, we ordered flautas/avocado dip for appetizer The waitress which was very nice confirmed with the kitchen they had everything to make this. When it arrives to the table the flautas have beans and cheese on top and I side of chopped onions… not sure why they decided to add beans that I didn’t want on top and a side of chopped onions but no avocado dip…. My husband orders flour tortilla tacos and they arrive with corn tortillas…fine he’ll eat them so he goes to the salsa bar everything is empty, no salsa no onions or cilantro for his tacos, he has to scrape the very last of a green salsa and had barely enough…. I ordered the torta and fries. My torta arrives with just beans cheese and meat, non of the veggies no lettuce no tomato no nothing. We go get a bottle of ketchup by the salsa bar for my fries and I go to put ketchup on my fries and it’s either water or oil inside and I just squirted it all over my food. We tell the waitress what happened and says we’ll get another fries that never came out, they waitress apologized and says she is sorry but they have nothing no ketchup no condiments no toppings. She offered to take stuff of the bill and gave us a discount but with everything that went wrong my husband spoke with the manager and said we’re weren’t paying for any of it as we couldn’t eat anything half of everything we ordered was missing or wrong…, avoid this place needs better management…. If you don’t have what is on the menu maybe they shouldn’t be open till they do or at least be upfront about what they have instead of saying they have stuff and then making half as* substitutions in the back without...

Me and my fiancé went in there just tonight for the Canelo fight because they were advertising no cover to watch the fight. We get there and the fight is on 2 tvs out of 12 tvs. That wasn't even the worst part. The service was really bad and I'll expand on that. It took about 5 minutes to get our 2 drinks and it wasn't very busy at all. We ordered the beans and chorizo dip with chips for $12 and got something a 5yr old could make at home. The chips were made from corn tortillas on the spot and they were soggy. The bean and chorizo dip was sub par to say the least. We got a bowl filled 1/4 of the way with maybe 3 scoops of beans and the chorizo was nowhere to be found in it. Our waitress who only took our order never came back to our table. We saw 3 tables get up and leave due to lack of service. We had to go up to the counter to pay our bill since our waitress seemed completely lost focusing on 1 table at a time....

Taco Bros C'mon guys you can do better. I came and ordered Flautas in which they had no more meat. They were grilling pollo asado and it looked ok. I asked for some pollo asado with some rice and beans and they served it to me all mashed together in a small container with some shredded cheese on top. I know good mexican food growing up in San Diego and Tijuana. The waitress even forgot my sprite drink and left me hanging. The food tasted horrible. You guys need to work on your presentation and authenticity when it comes to Mexican food....
