I am a regular customer at this Papa Gino’s and the pizza is always great.
If only this order had successfully made it to my address.
I ordered just last night and that order was promptly delivered to my front entrance.
However, this order was delivered to the wrong address at a residence about a block away from my vicinity.
And I’m failing to understand how this happened.
I guess I have no choice but to cut this as a loss.

So happy and appreciative to say that I received my order by John, who has not only delivered to me on multiple occasions (including the hotel I stayed at for a short time), but is absolutely a great person, always conjuring up a conversation.
Which I’m always happy to do.
John promptly wheeled my order over to me after happening to conveniently be driving in the area, and was informed by the recipient that the order be sent my way.
And I just cannot say thank you enough… especially after all the hell I’ve been through after my father passed suddenly from a heart attack in 2019.
John graciously delivered the order on an off day, and that’s just service.
And whilst I know I shouldn’t feel bad, I just do.
After facing so many inconveniences, my aim is to only convenience others.
Hope anyone reading has had a safe and festive 2023 holiday season.
The best is yet to come.
And when you’re enduring like we all will at some point, persevere and push.
And you’ll see that greatness in you that you may struggle to see at this time.

Read moreWe called in on a Friday around 7:30pm, so we expected a long wait time, but we were on hold for over 15 mins. So, we hung up and decided to try ordering online.
We placed a pick-up order for two pizzas through their online portal. We were careful to select the "pay in store" option. When the order was put through around 8:00pm, the website gave us a wait time of 1.5 hours! Naturally, we decided that we wanted to cancel the order. But the website does not offer ANY option to cancel orders!
We hadn't paid for the order yet, so we weren't worried about that. But as someone who once worked at a pizza place, I knew that it would be polite and helpful to call and cancel the order. So, I called the store and was on hold again for over 15 mins. At that point, I gave up and figured my only option was to let the order go through without picking it up. It wasn't something I wanted to do, but it was our only option unless we wanted to wait until 9:30pm to get our food.

Read moreI received a coupon code via email and when I tried to use it while placing my online order it didn't work, so when I picked up my order I explained to the girl at the counter my issue, she said they were having issues with the online system and she would get the manager because she didn't have authority to remedy it. The manager came over and was clearly annoyed as he was interrupted from the pizza he was making. He told me he would give me the discount this ONE time because I was supposed to do it online! DUH, I'm aware of that but when YOUR system is broken what can I do? As I was walking out another customer behind me commented on how rude I was treated by said "manager". Unfortunately it's not the first time for some reason this particular store has the rudest employees I've ever encountered and nevermind the soaking wet floor with no caution signs, a lawsuit waiting to happen is what another customer said to me when I walked in....
