From a 30 year resident" Quality has really tanked over the years, since they opened, burnt food, or doughy, or they forgot the tomato sauce totally on one deep dish pizza on December 14th, 2015" the owner from Casper is nice enough, but he needs to get a better handle on who is running g his business into the ground, after a couple years & many many repeated low quality orders, im taking my business else where, what a shame!, "UPDATE" i WENT BACK, the next day, they gace me another deep dish pizza, this time it was cooked crispy, not burned, lots of cheese & did have sauce on it, it tasted great, & would cause me to come back & buy again, they where professional, & fixed the mistake, which is greatly appreciated, when the pizza has correct amount of cheese, cooked crispy, not burned & 3rd, has sauce on it, then I WOULD recommend buying from there, great tasting & great vale, hope it stays this way. Read moreI like the food, I just don't like the counter employees attitudes. To get a simple question answered is like playing 20 questions. For example; Do you know when you will have any " hot and ready " pizzas ready? My answer was, "like 10 minutes". I asked what kind will be available? Get the answer " probably pepperoni". I also have been inside while waiting for order that was done online. I hear other customers have to ask the same question over and over in different ways to get an answer. If your not the kind of person that cares when you get your pizza or see the kitchen area put out more pizzas while the employee behind the counter doesn't bother to look for 3 to 5 minutes to see if it's for the 4 customers waiting. Or bother to walk 15 steps to find out why your food is 20 minutes behind and show no concern that there are 4 customers upset this is your place. Instead go hide in the kitchen and only come out to the counter when the door opens. Enjoy the dim witted half minded customer service. Honestly I don't think customer service should be in that...

I paid for the new Fanceroni Pepperoni and got one that had nearly no pepperoni on it, second time we ordered the Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza and it was also nearly no pepperoni! Not to mention the kid who met me at the window did not wash his hands and handled the crazy bread I ordered.
