First time was 5 stars. 2nd time was 1 star and you're only as good as the last visit.

2 girls working behind the counter. I walk in and hold the door for another family. They walk in before us not knowing what they want. My wife and I knew we wanted milk shakes. The two girls told us we would have to wait while they both helped the 1st family. You don't need 2 people standing around while goofballs can't make up their mind. Scoop my icecream and get me gone. So after 5 minutes of people not making up their mind and the 2 girls just standing there doing absolutely nothing, my wife and I walked out. One of the two could have made my milkshakes, rung me up, and been on my way. Lost my business that day and lost it for good. 5$ for a 20oz milkshake is actually a bad deal. I went to Wendy's and got a 20oz Frosty for 2$ in less than a minute. Less than half the price and less than half the time. I generally try to support small businesses but the lack of competence of the employees makes it very difficult on this one. If a chef in a restaurant only did one order at a time instead of dovetailing, you would be waiting hours for a meal. That's exactly what happened here. I do not recommend this establishment until employees are properly trained. Even then there are other icecream options around town that are more conveniently located, have better parking, and cheaper. ...

We went to Frosty Cow and truly appreciated the GF and DF icecream for 2 young grandchildren, which was very good. The young man waiting on us was not a very energetic or friendly, he was just THERE. Our Cake.Style cone, had no ice cream pushed into it, only a scoop ball of icecream on top. For the price the cone should have icecream in it. One suggestion is to carry a GF cone option. We brought our own so the grandchildren could enjoy an icecream cone. Thanks again for the GF, DF options, we do plan to revisit Frosty Cow...

What a great find! It is a little off the main road, on 3rd st behind Sinclair gas and Dickeys barbecue in a little strip mall. GO FIND IT! They have the best ice cream, tons of flavors, great customer service! The owner remembers customers and will explain anything! The staff is very nice altogether! I should have taken a picture of my huge sundae but I dug...
