I made a stop with my partner last month, we walked in and there wasn’t many customers we were a little confused on where to start our order so we stood behind the customers who walked in ahead of us. Someone else walked in and was helped before they aknowledge us we moved over and stood in line waiting to be helped for a few minutes. One of the employees asked if we were ordering slices if we could please move down the line so we moved up and no one took our order by this time we had stood there about 10-15 minutes we made it to the register and it had already gotten busy everybody behind us was being greeted and helped as they walked in, we asked if we could order and were told they couldn’t take our order there, at this point we felt uncomfortable and as much as i hate to say it we felt profiled so we decided to leave it had been at least a good 15-20 minutes and by far the worst experience we’ve had. Unfortunately we won’t be returning to this location as we were truly...
Read moreI've been to Pizza My Heart in the past at other locations. This was my first visit to the Gilroy location. The restaurant is nice and spacious. I like the layout. I actually ordered a surprise lunch box from an app called "Too good to go". The app offers products from places that choose to participate. Pizza My Heart offers mystery boxes of pizza slices from the day before and sell them on the app at a discount. You don't know what you are going to get so it's a gamble that is something you'll like. I got lucky as my box had 2 slices of mushroom and a slice of cheese. Basically, they sell the mystery box for the same price as 1 slice, but you get 3 slices. Again, it's a gamble of what slices you'll get !! The restaurant looks great and the staff were helpful. They even heated up the slices for me to take home. I will be...
Read moreIt was really a busy night for this crew. Hotter than hell but the pizzas were being pushed out. If you’re a Bay Area kid like I was the standard was Toto’s pizza. This is as close to Toto’s as you will get without driving to Belmont or San Mateo. I bought a slice of pesto, combination and a whole pie of sausage, mushroom and pepperoni. They were all good and even better a couple days later. Pop in the toaster oven for 18 minutes and oh my gosh it was as good as the first time. Customer service is amazing except that they are busy since it just opened. I worked in a pizzeria during high school and college and it was the greatest job ever. This place took me right back to the 80’s. Oh and special shout out to the gal working the oven you know what...
