Shocked - NOT just another Burger or Brew Joint.
Gourmet taste, excellent menu and priced just right. Their magic is in the sauce and the lightly sweetened Brioche Bread. Kristy and John also own Westside Grill.
This is important because their sauces are extraordinarily delicious. They brought their Westside Sauce magic to the Brew City Burgers with several modifications to make the french fry and taco sauces unique. Certainly Mexican influences mixed with a little something else.
This is THE burger shop in Gilroy and everyone 1 to 91 must try the burgers, tacos, fries, milkshakes, and brews just once....we will come for more after the first bite.
Wait is 20-30 minutes Worth the wait!!
Customer Service Bryce is awesome and took my order with detailed precision.
Manager is happy and upbeat (he is the guy) with Peace Sign in Photo.
The first bite of the Garlic Fries was heavenly. Good golden crunch on the outside with soft potato inside sprinkled with salt and bathed in Christopher Ranch Garlic.
The first Bite of the Veggie and Beef burger was a rainbow of flavors. The taste is soooo good that my hand feeding the burger in my mouth could not keep up.
2 fries in the mouth, next bite of the burger...this dance goes on for sometime as my taste buds savor every spice until the lively flavors reach my stomach so the stomtach is as happy as my tongue.
Burgers are cooked and seasoned to perfection. Spice blend is a perfect 10. A balanced chewy brown colorful lightly sweet Brioche Bread Bun wraps up the gourmet beef or veggie burger, lettuce, and tomato with Velveeta yellow cheese.
Brew City Taco Shredded Beef, Mexican Style wrapped in thick Mexican Homemade Flour Tortilla. They have to offer a 2 or 3 taco deal.
Oreo shake was not a 10. Milkshake was rushed and watery. Should be thick and ice cold. Hope the chef and cooks kick it up a notch.
Overall The taste of the meal is a rainbow of flavors that Tango Dances on my tongue.

Read moreA family restaurant with quality food and drive-thru, a rare combination but one that immediately stood out during a time when eating in is impossible.
I was a little put off when I first saw the length of the line and the odd arrangement of the parking lot, but the line went quickly. The menu here is straightforward and offers your usual assortment of burgers, fries, and shakes but they also offer wings and tacos.
All of it was decently priced. I ordered their #2 combo that included fries and a shake for $14, but you can ditch the shake for a soft drink for $2 less. My partner ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and their "Brew City Taco," for only $10.
Their cheeseburger meal was straightforward and tasty, if not a bit unremarkable. It's a simple beef patty, not too greasy, topped with melted cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. They went generous with the ketchup, but it wasn't too distracting. I had expected the milkshake to be a bit thicker than it was. I'll probably be opting in for their #3 combo, that bundles in a brew, once it becomes a menu option.
The other items we ordered were excellent. The grilled chicken in my partner's sandwich was juicy and packed with flavor. My fries were crispy and flavorful without having too much grease in them.
The taco was especially surprising and highly recommend that everyone who stops by grabs one of these. They are beef tacos stuffed with a generous helping of meat inside, lettuce, sauce, and a bit of cheese before being toasted on the grill. It came with a great, flavorful salsa that was thankfully still spicy as well. At $3 a taco, I can easily see myself coming back here and ordering 3 of these.
Overall, it was a fantastic first time. I can't wait to stop by for...
Read moreI've been a Brew City customer for a couple years now and this has probably been happening since I've started going there. We make a visit to Brew City at least once a month. Most recent was today and another visit last week. I'm not sure how this always happens but every single time I visit, there is something missing or wrong with my order...EVEN WHEN I ASK FOR CONFIRMATION! I've made it a habit to check my order at the DT window before pulling off, only to always find that one, or both, of my burgers are made incorrectly. Last week, I was charged for 3 burgers when I only ordered 2 doubles and of course they were made incorrectly. Tonight, the onions and avocado were missing from one of the burgers.
I feel like every time I've called or even spoke to a manager in person regarding this, I still get this same experience. It's frustrating when I just want to have trust in the employees but at this point I've lost trust. I get we're all human capable of mistakes, but when I say this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME, I mean it. I don't like to complain but I'm hoping the manager or owner will see this review. I'm not asking for anything for free, as I've been compensated in the past, I just simply want my order made right, especially when we are paying extra for add-ons.
Just make my order right!...
