We usually don’t use coupons, but we got some in the mail and decided to take advantage of the deals today. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The person who helped my husband with his order was rude and seemed completely bothered that he was using coupons and ordering two sandwiches. The customer service was so bad that he ended up ordering his sandwiches the same way just to leave faster.
I work in customer service myself, and it’s sad to see someone act like helping a customer is a burden. If you look annoyed just because someone walks in or uses a coupon, maybe that’s not the right job.
