McDonald's — Restaurant in Girard Township

I mean this as kindly as possible, but when one asks for "extra mayo and onions" it means just that, a bit extra. What it does NOT mean is to dump about 6 ounces of mayonnaise on the sandwich. Both my McChicken and burger had an absolutely unholy amount of mayo on them, and I could barely eat them. I had to scrape off about 70% of the mayo on each sandwich. Thank the gods I wasn't driving because that would be a disaster, right? Unfortunately the same issue happened for my fiancé, who was driving. We had to park and eat because it was such a messy operation. Onions all over my car, and they were gracious enough to give us three whole napkins for the pint of mayo we were given. While I appreciate their level of commitment to "extra", having worked both high end foodservice and fast food, I know there's got to be some kind of standard for what "extra" means, and what we received was about 10x that. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru we had to go inside because our 3 bacon McDouble’s that were supposed to only have Mac sauce and they all had pickles, ketchup etc on them. The ticket time was 9:30pm. We waited another 17 minutes for new sandwiches that came out with hardly cooked bacon on them. On top of that, the young manager stated that she ‘knew he could read’ so she wasn’t sure why he messed them up.... then she gave us a coupon for one FREE lunch/dinner extra value meal, that expired December 31st of 2018. The lack of adult supervision in the evenings is unacceptable. I watched the staff literally dance around while we waited for our food. I go to McDonald's to get a couple of McChickens and some cheeseburgers and stuff I asked if I can get my McChickens fresh if possible the lady says yes she tells the cooking them back and I said thank you I'm standing there like I always do seeing how they do it next thing you know they pull two pieces of chicken out of the heater the thing that keeps it warm and they go put it back in the fryer and reheat the chicken instead of giving me to fresh piece of chicken I was pretty damn mad I told her manager she asked them they lied they said no we didn't use it why would you reheat it if you weren't going to use it but the manager found that my money gave me a free 10-piece chicken nugget so that's why I always pay attention to how they do my damn food so if you go there pay attention to what...
