Yikes! This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Wendy’s, if not ever. The dude taking our order spelled my friend’s name wrong badly even after she spelled it to him twice, and her name is common. We then noticed all of the people who ordered food prior to us had their food served, and after about three people who ordered their food after us had gotten theirs, I went to the counter to learn they had forgotten our meal somehow. For this trouble, the young lady working the counter, taking over for the gentleman who was there previously, gave us a small Frosty. She is the only bright spot in this whole experience and handled the situation with grace. Our food was finally served, only to be given our burgers with onions even after we informed the first cashier my friend has an allergy. I return the burgers and we did get new ones. The trash container was overflowing as though it had not been tended to all day. At the end of dinner, my friend went to the bathroom and the first cashier who took our order barged in on her while she was on the toilet without knocking like the Hey Kool Aid man. Color me...
Read moreThis Wendy’s location is horrible. It’s almost comical or entertaining just to see how bad your time will be there. Over the past couple years never once has my order been correct and never once have I waited less than 15 minutes in the drive thru line. If you think I’m exaggerating, go there and find out for yourself, their consistency of being the slowest and most inefficient is impressive. If there is more than one car in line you better turn the engine off and load up Netflix because it’ll be a while. It’s hilarious because then you finally get to the window, there will be even more waiting, reminding them to give you your drink or your card back all to just drive away with your 20 minutes wasted and the food in the bag not what you ordered. You’re too annoyed or late to even think of going back to get it fixed. Maybe that is their whole plan. They always seem to be having a real hoot of a time back behind the drive-thru window. Read moreI’m giving a two because everyone was nice but the guy on the microphone was not listening to me I asked for chili cheese fries and I got cheese fries I even confirmed with them at the window that’s what I was getting and I didn’t double check before I left because I was on lunch for work and they took forever to even greet me at the window they said it was due to shift change which I understand but you can still greet your customer and communicate with them on what was going on they then also gave my the wrong burger I asked for one cheeseburger meal and a bacon junior meal with no tomato they gave me two junior meal and put tomato on my bacon junior burger. This is just ridiculous and frustrating and I deserved better service I used to work at chipotle I know how customer service works and it does not work at...
