The King's Café — Restaurant in Glasgow

I consider myself a coffee connoisseur — I have to share with you that I am in love with this café!!! Where do I begin? I am not from Glasgow, but frequently pass the city on my way to Nashville and Birmingham. A friend suggested I stop there. Wow, what a great friend! The coffee is delicious, subtle and flavorful. I had a chai latte and it was perfect with the right mix of spices and heated to a temperature that is my ideal. I’ve had a lot of chai lattes in my life and this was WONDERFUL! I took my daughter here after she got her driving permit. I told the server that we were celebrating. He just kind of shrugged it off. We got a drink and a muffin each. He got the drinks but forgot about the muffins. The Cafe atmosphere is nice. Different styles of sitting arrangements ranging from leather and cloth couches, to hard back chairs to bar stools.
