My son and his friend ordered a large pizza and cheesy bread at 5.99 deal 2 or more and cinnamon twists at 5.99 deal 2 or more. My son asked me for 37.00. I thought that price was extremely ridiculous. The boys forgot to check the box to receive both the cheesy bread and cinnamon twists at the 5.99 deal for 2 or more. I called, spoke to Bill the manager about their confusion and misunderstanding. I asked since Domino’s has this deal going on why can’t I just pay for them at 5.99 and pay the difference for the large pie because they did not order a medium at 5.99 which is fine. Bill said the entire order would have to come back to the store due to policy and to change the order. At that point I wanted to cancel the order. I did not, but since the order had to go back to the store; I did ask Bill if we can make the large pizza a medium for the 5.99 price which is what we did. I called back, spoke to Adolfo (store manager) about my frustration with Bill having the entire order go back. I asked why I couldn’t pay the difference for the large pie and receive the other 2 items at 5.99; the delivery guy gets out here the 2nd time. He then tells me I owe 25. And change due to extra garlic sauce ordered. Why wouldn’t Bill have also told me that as well when I called the first time?
My husband and I have never had issues ordering from Dominos. This is not the first time my son has ordered from Domino’s. This is completely ridiculous in how your store handles customer support.
You All need to train your managers and store manages in Customer Service! The delivery man has better customer service and support then...
Read moreWe ordered food to be delivered and estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. After an hour the tracking monitor still said it was sitting at the store. I called to find out what the delay was and I was told they were short delivery drivers but my food was on the way. I was told it was sitting under a heat lamp for over 30 minutes. After an hour and a half I still did not receive my food. I called the store back and was told the delivery driver was sitting in his car for an hour outside an apartment building. My food was in the car getting cold. I asked several times to talk to a manager but she would not get in the phone with me. I could hear her in the background answering my questions. I was told I could accept the cold, old food (and pay full price) or get a refund and no food. No offer to remake it or apologize. When I finally demanded the manager, Emma, speak to me, she was very rude and dismissive and did not try to fix the problem at all! I told her I no longer wanted the food. I did get a refund, but my son and I were left hungry and had to find another option after waiting 2 HOURS!! The delivery driver actually came about 2 hours and 15 minutes after the order was placed and I refused the food as I knew if I accepted the cold, used food Emma would have charged me! Very disappointing and truly horrendous customer service. I will never order...
Read moreThis place has no idea what they’re doing. The girl answering the phone barely pays attention. I asked for the total of my order before getting off the phone was told one price. The delivery driver gets to my house with my 2 small pizzas and 1 two liter soda and tells me a price that is $10 higher than the price I was given over the phone. I then ask for a receipt and was old it was on the side of the box. I look and there is only the totals and no information about pricing. I then call the store, the same girl and answers the phone, I explain the situation and she gives the phone to who I can only assume was the manger or shift leader on duty at the time. He then starts listing off the charges and then tells me he can take a picture of the receipt and text it to me. And tells me that they only give paper receipts when people pay with card. That is highly unprofessional. The employees should be paying enough attention to give correct totals when talking to costumers. I will not be coming back. 40$ for 2 small pizzas… make...
