Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Glassboro

Can’t even give it 1 star. This is the only location I’ve ever been to that is CONSTANTLY out of ingredients. They literally have a written list on a piece of paper all of the ingredients that they’re out of.

I came about a month ago and they were out of Brown Sugar and something else. Today, they’re out of nearly all the added boba extras, including most of the additional sauces.

To make matters worse, they not only don’t update their choices in the KFT app to reflect, which they can do (I should know, I bought them every shift for nearly a year when I worked within walking distance of another KFT), they refer you to a different boba place. How sketchy is that? Why are you not only refusing to reapply your store, but you’re having your employees recommend another competitor?

Went here and threw out of four drinks ordered were wrong. To be fair they were made correctly for what they were entered by the cashier as but when we ordered they wouldn't ask us which menu item we wanted when multiple menu items shared the exact same name with varying distinctions. My friends said they wanted honey tea and they gave them honey milk tea and not iced tea. Same with me I ordered brown sugar and they didn't ask clarifying questions so I ended up with coffee which I don't drink. Such a waste of money, plastic and drink to throw that away. Least they can do is ask a question to clarify what people are ordering if they don't say the specific name of the menu item. It's like if I went to McDonald's and ordered a shake and they just chose chocolate or vanilla without asking me. Or if I went to literally any restaurant and my server just picked diet coke because...

I went here two months ago with my friend and my girlfriend, and the cashier, (I don’t know what her name is) was very rude. Plus, during the school year, they seem to always be out of stock of things. I’ve lost count of times that they’ve run out of bubbles. The last time I went recently by myself I got a mint oreo slush that still had some unblended bits of ice in it. Honestly, if you want bubble tea near Rowan, I would go to Vivi’s near ShopRite or just go to the kung fu tea in cherry...
