⭐ 1 Star “Awful Spanish Lady Manager (as rude as they come, can't handle customer service and should be fired immediately), Missing Food, and Zero Accountability”
I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at the Glassboro, NJ McDonald’s. We ordered two $5 value meals and four double cheeseburgers, but only received the value meals and NO DOUBLE CHEESE BURGERS AT ALL. To make things worse, BOTH of the value meals came with the wrong chicken sandwich. They are clearly not capable of doing anything correctly.
We went back through the long drive-thru line with our receipt, thinking it would be a simple fix. Instead, we were met with a manager who was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We explained multiple times what was missing and even pointed out that our total was over $23—there’s no way two $5 meals should’ve cost that much. Still, she kept insisting we received everything, and talked down to us like we “didn’t understand what we ordered.”
She then told us the bagger confirmed everything was in the bag and used that as an excuse to refuse to take responsibility, basically calling us liars. After that, she slammed the drive-thru window shut on us without offering any resolution.
No refund. No replacement. No customer service.
We left without the food we paid for and were treated like a nuisance instead of a paying customer. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I will never return to this location. If you value being treated with basic respect, avoid the Glassboro McDonald’s.
Reporting them to corporate even though it probably won't do anything. What a complete clown of a manager...
Read moreUpdate called Clair at the McDonald’s and agreed that door dash driver is never to break the seal. She totally listened to me even though I was a little forward but what a great customer service manager. She offered a free meal and most of all she just listened to my story. Thank you.
This is the third time I have order thru here to get McDonald’s and I have received no sauces. I have ordered 80 nuggets and got no sauces and this is the not the first time this has happened. And Ire know this is not the dasher fault this is McDonald’s! After contacting McDonald's about how the order came with no sauces that we paid for, McDonald's put this the entire situation onto the Doordash driver. McDonald’s and Doordash both know the Doordash/McDonald’s policy, the Doordash delivery driver is not allowed to break the McDonald’s seal after they prepare the order. This is a disgusting, rude and horrible thing to do to a door dash driver that was following policy. This situation will be posted on all social media and sent to both doordash/McDonald’s headquarters to see what the management is doing at the McDonald’s in Glassboro NJ. How dare you put this on the DD driver when you know your restaurant policy is to never break the seal when the order is completed by McDonald’s. I'll be sure to mention every Name of who was involved and how the false information was being presented to the customer plus potentially giving the excellent doordash driver a false description of what your employees did. This situation will not stop until the door dash driver is apologized to and a 100% refund...
Read moreWent into McDonalds today ordered my food for me and my Coworker told her it was two different orders for the first one it was sausage cheese mc muffin and two hash brown's. Second order was the bac egg and cheese biscuit meal with a Carmel ice coffee with whip cream and extra ketup on the side. They gave me the first order everything was fine the second order didn't have extra ketup in the bag had to ask for that because they gave me two ketup packets and than the MANGER was making my coffee and gave it to me with no whip cream asked her for that her responds was O you have to ask for that i said i did ! when she was done i walked over to grab a straw and i hear the manager talking to the girl that rang me up you need to make sure you put that in the computer the girl said she didn't ask me when clearly know i did because i was reading my friends order off of a piece of paper. One MANAGER should have waited to have this conversation with her employee when i left the building not when i am still in there . So i asked her do i need to pay for the whip cream she said no your fine. MANAGER had an attitude though this whole experience i was a manager at a restaurant so i know for a fact that is not how you handle situations like this at all . The girl that rang me up was nice. A lot of employees were standing around doing nothing manager was during a lot but that is her fault for not...
