This Aldi is a little bigger than the ones I usually shop in down in Bridgeton and Vineland and subsequently therefore have a little better selection of products but since those are a lot closer to home as well as being in an area that I am in on a regular basis the added selection probably isn't worth the extra driving especially with all the traffic problems there are in Glassboro. As with the other Aldis you do get a good selection of common shopping needs whether they be groceries or other little nick-knacks to help you in your doing household chores. The employees were all quite helpful in guiding me to a couple things I was looking for and the only problem I saw was that while shopping there was a real bad sun shining right in my eyes as I was walking up the aisles toward the front of the store. Maybe they could put some sort of tinting on the windows or even a a shade. I don't think they want to move the store so it is not in the direct sunlight and of course moving the sun is not possible so I guess I will have to try to only shop in the evenings or at least not when the sun is on...
Read moreAldi is one of those chain stores that doesn't replace your grocery store but has the other things you need at great prices. I have shopped at Aldi on occasion out of curiosity just to see what I could pick up. I have friends that swear by the store and buy all they can there. Their store brands as good as most national labels and at better prices. They have unusual imported things that they just don't have elsewhere. I picked up some delicious Belgian cookies there that were awesome. My friend bought cheddar biscuit mix, cheese and crackers all of which I tried at dinner and were all good to go. Check the labels for country where the products were made and processed. I would personally avoid anything that was processed in China like salmon or other fish. There is no such thing as non polluted Chinese water which is of course used in processing. Otherwise I found most foods of good quality and USA made. Good choice for the...

(Update) They need to quality check their food better. I had cardboard left in some baked goods. Their produce is old, and they abuse their workers with poor management above store level. They are extremely overworked. It's a shame because all the money they waste with just poor planning could save them more than enough to higher more people and give more hours. Not to mention better prices for customers.
(Update 1.1) They are still a mid store. Awesome people but v produce is not the greatest. I do like their "Special Buys".... Good store if you want to try off brands though. I like theirs over ShopRite, and their lactose milk is cheaper...
