I am a very regulars customer of Starbucks. I’m my Caramel Macchiato I ask for extra foam. As you see in the pictures there is clearly no foam. I understand the time between my mobile order and me picking it up diminishes the foam. This particular day I made the order and promptly picked it up. Even before it stated on the app my order was ready. As you can see from the photo there is no foam also there is no room to put foam. I appreciate it being filled because some places give me a 3/4 cup full because of my foam. I like the foam it’s almost the best part of the drink. Almost😊. This is not the 1st time I have had an issue with the Somerset Gbury store. The last time I went there it was busy and I waited and waited and waited for my coffee. The barista had NO sense of urgency at all. It was like she could have care less almost like she was trying to take her time. Honestly. I worked in the service industry and I understand her position. I chalked it up to her having a bad day. One other time I was there waiting for my coffee for about 10 minutes and finally I said something ( because no one asked if I needed help) and they said they didn’t have my mobile order. I showed her my order on the app and then she was looking it up in her end to see if I had an order. All the while not making my coffee. She finally figured her machine had a problem and 15 plus minutes later she made the coffee. All of the above situations i just thought ok things happen. But today I just have to say something. I just don’t understand no foam. What’s the point of taking the time to fill out what I want if you’re not going to do it? I frequent the Marlborough, Colchester, and Silver lane Manchester store. Maybe Gbury Somerset store is different, or there was a new person? I don’t know I Just wanted to point it out. Thank you...
Read moreI used to come to this store a lot. It’s down the street from my parent’s house. Boy it’s gone downhill. Almost no seating and what they do have is beat up and inhospitable. Servers DO NOT care. My husband wanted a cold sandwich. I had ordered and moved aside for my husband to order. I asked “do you want that heated?” and he clearly said no. I moved aside so he could pay. He came to the other end of the counter and I asked where his sandwich was and he said “she grabbed it, I thought it would be here.” The server came back with the sandwich heated. When I said he didn’t want it heated, she made a nasty face at me, and while looking me in the eye, dumped it in the garbage. I’m assuming I spoke with manager (based on overhearing her belittling the other employees while waiting for my order). She was extremely rude & unprofessional. I wanted to get an eta on my order to see if there was time to add something on & was immediately given an attitude.
