My experience with this location has always been positive never had any problems until lastnight when I asked the why my pizza wasn't ready after the store app had prompted me to pick my pizza up its ready some young lady came from the back with a attitude totally unprofessional refused me service after a small conversation and then threatened to to call the police on me because my pizza wasn't ready the worst part was when I was leaving in front of other customers she was still yelling she was going to call the police when I was in my car.I love you're pizza but I will not tolerate disrespect I will be taking business elsewhere and I will advise all my friends and family to do the same thing life...

When I called and spoke to the manager Beth, she told me her system would not allow her to do refunds on previous day’s items and offered a credit. I told her there is no need for a credit because I will not be going back to reorder. I asked Beth for a number to the corporate office which did not work. Whomever is making your pizza's needs to take a minute and slow down for the details. It was especially disappointing to call and share the details of the order and it was still sent back wrong.
