If you’re looking for a snack, be sure you want a large helping. I thought I was getting something to hold me over until lunch, and it seemed like a full meal.

I ordered a smokey cheddar dog, and the friendly gal behind the counter told me it would be about 10 minutes.

When I went back, they were serving a couple from overseas who had never had a corn dog before. They graciously helped the couple out, noting that they were famous for putting honey on the corn dogs. And anything with honey gets my attention.

The corn dog was simply massive. I requested the honey (they offer both regular and hot honey), and the gal loaded me up with it.

This was indeed the best corn dog I’ve ever had, although if I’m honest, I haven’t had that many.

Parking is available out front or in the same lot where the food truck sits. I felt like there was plenty of space available.

Corn dogs were good, but the "famous" honey is squirted on afterward. I thought it would be part of the recipe. We got the Mini (which is a regular size hot dog) and the Smokey Cheddar, which is more of a bratwurst size. I'm knocking off a star because of the "kettle chips". The person said they make them each morning, but they certainly looked and tasted a LOT like a handful of sour cream and onion wavy chips out of a bag, complete with white powder on them, for $3. These should not be on the menu unless they are actually making them on the spot and served hot. Now I realize this is a franchise food truck and not local and original. ...
