What a shame! Customer service has gone in the toilet at this place. Went in today for two salads and a small pizza--$47 with tax & tip. Specifically asked for bread with the salad b/c my wife wants bread with her salad. Yep, no problem, salads come with bread. Get home, open the bag, no bread. Not a big deal, but when I don't get what I pay for, I make sure to call and just let them know, so I called & asked for the mgr. "What's the message?" -No msg, I would just like to speak with the manager. On hold. Couple minutes later, "What's the message?" -No message. I was just there, took $50 of food with me, and I'd like to speak with the manager. "What's your first and last name?" -Well, I wasn't annoyed, but now I am. I can't talk to the mgr of what's essentially a fast-food joint? So I said no thanks and hung up. Two minutes later I get a call from a restricted (!) number. It's the manager, wants to know what I want, so I tell her, and tell her that it wasn't a big deal until the person on the phone could not deliver basic customer service. Manager asks for my ticket #, which I give her. She then tells me my order was $38, not $50, and that only the dinner salad comes with bread. So now we are in surreal territory: 1--the check was $38 BEFORE tax and a generous TIP (you know, for the excellent service...) 2--the dinner salad did NOT come with bread, thus the call 3--if I needed to know about the complexities of bread inclusion, there are better times to tell me-such as when I specifically asked if I should order bread to go with the salad The problem isn't forgetting bread, it is having no understanding of customer svc. I worked retail for years & I know how to let a mgr know about an issue without asking for a comp or anything dumb like that.

I'm so conflicted about this place. On one hand, it's as if a person who doesn't care about customer experience opened a restaurant without any care of how the place would be perceived; how the customer would move through the process of ordering, etc. On the other hand, the pizza was frikken delicious. I was on a lunch break so I wanted something quick. I was driving past and thought I'd see if they had pizza by the slice since that's usually prepared ahead of time. I walked in, approached the counter and saw that they did indeed have pizza by the slice, but no pepperoni - which struck me as odd, but whatever. I look around for any posted menu, sign, price listing of any sort - nothing. I asked the young man at the register "how much per slice?", "it depends on what you get"... Just hen I looked down and saw the trifold menus I picked one up, went to "Pizzas". There was a listed price for small, medium and large whole pizzas, but not for a slice. Because I was pressed for time and didn't feel like pointing out how clunky the experience had been in just the first 3 mins, I ordered 2 slices of meat lovers and a drink and moved along. I went to the drink station to fill up and get napkins and condiments. None were present. I put my straw in the cup and look around for a trash receptacle of some sort. None. Look around for grated cheese and pepper flakes, none, but later saw them on the tables. Nothing in this place was intuitive. Everything was out of the way, hidden or non-existent. I grab my pizza, get to my truck and take a bite, and it was flipping great. That's the only reason they got a 3 star review.

So, the food is good. Small portions, even for the large size. Ordered a kids size spaghetti noodles with shrimp. I got charged $13.98, more than a large spaghetti with meatballs. NOTE: I was charged for a kids spaghetti with meatball and shrimp add-on. Was not given a meatball or any sauce. Should have been charged for pasta noodles with butter and cheese with shrimp add-on. This place always over charges, and the portions are very small. It will be at least a year before we try them again.

As a longtime customer, The way I was treated on Monday. I will not go back. I’ve been going to this location for a long time to three times a month. We spend 30 some plus and tip 2 to 3 times a month They may not miss my 2 to 3 times a month, but I will feel better not giving my money

On Monday, I ordered what I always order supreme steak and cheese with provolone I’ve ordered this over and over every time I come I was given an Italian sub and told there’s no such thing as supreme steak and cheese I ask, did you just change your menu? She said no it’s always been that way. I got the menu and on the menu it says supreme steak and cheese They gave me my steak and cheese however they did not apologize and the way I was treated by the women there and then the manager standing there with his arms crossed like I did wrong Not one of them apologized They looked at me as if I was the wrong one I’ve never had bad service before until this day, but how the manager responded and walked out without saying a word to me Like I was the villain

I refuse to go back They will not get my money I will go somewhere else They may not miss my money, but at least I know my money is not going to them because they don’t appreciate me or respect me as a customer

By looking at me and telling me I’m a liar and then the management not even acknowledging anything to me Well, you can just not worry about me anymore I will take my...
