idk if theres new management or new managers but today I went to grab a breakfast and after yelling at me through the speaker to give him a second when i was asking for a second to look at the menu was just a preview of my experience. The man on orders couldnt understand that i wanted two sprites and after asking if i wanted a coffee and a sprite or a coke and a sprite i caved because why is it so hard to hear âboth spritesâ then barely gave me directions to pull ahead -without giving me my drinks- when there was no one ahead or behind me. Then when someone was he had them pulled too but theres barely space for one car on the short sidewalk they have in front of the drive thru so he had to maneuver around and in front of me. Then after finally getting our food and drinks (no ketchup as asked though) I had Tetris my car with the car in front with a series of reversing and turning so i could finally be free of that mess. Exceptionally rude. She started by shutting the drive thru window in my face while I was speaking lmao 10/10 so I waited a bit and was ignored so I tapped on the window. She was texting the entire time might I add. She opens it asks me what I want and I say sauces, she hands them to me and tells me not to knock on their window. AHA maybe dont shut the window in my face while a PAID customer is talking to you and I wouldnât have to. They also had a big truck parked in front of me waiting for their food so I couldnât get out my view was blocked so I was waiting there. They then had what appeared to be the manager on duty tell me I could leave the drive thru. Iâm sorry are you behind my wheel to know if I have enough space to fit thru? Didnât think so.    Read moreThis is one of the closer locations to my house and was super close to the place I used to work at so I would go here every now and again. My point in saying that is that even then, years ago- they had a huge issue with getting orders wrong. I've worked in the industry prior and know mistakes happen but it can't be that often. My family suggested Wendy's for lunch so that's what we got, I ordered via the mobile app and when i got home every single sandwich was wrong as well as one of the drinks. When I called the store it seemed like they really didn't care and had me repeating my order # multiple times saying that the order didn't exist. It did...when they found it they told me I had to bring it back for them to check it. When I asked for a refund they said "oh no we can't do that" And if I wanted my money back I needed to call the corporate number.
