I would give this store 0 stars if I could. The mattress I was delivered came with stains and defects; when I realized the mattress also was the incorrect size and not a queen I asked to just be refunded completely and was met with a nasty attitude from Andy. Beyond disrespectful and rude to me. They charged me a restocking fee for a defective mattress and a product that is not the correct size (queen mattresses are 80 inches, this was 75inches which is the size of a full). I was literally mind blown at how horrible of an experience this was.

They also acted like the standard 15% the website offers was a god send and that I should be thankful for it when the mattresses being sold are not even true to the sizes they should be. I paid for a queen size bed and was given a full. This entire experience was an absolute nightmare. I had to take off work to literally pay them to take a mattress back, I’ve lost so much money now it’s so wrong. Beyond disappointed in this company and its terrible...

If I could of left bo stars I would of. I AM VERY UNHAPPY!!!! I purchased a mattress, a mattress protector and an adjustable frame. However today on the delivery day I did NOT get my mattress because the warehouse messed up! Now I am being told that now my invoice is locked and no one can make changes on it soooo I don’t even know when I will receive my mattress that was already paid for! I will have to sleep on the floor until the warehouse gets it together and sends me what I paid for. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and sleeping on the floor is not good for my body at all!!!! The salesman Bill has been amazing at trying to help and the delivery guys were nice but the warehouse oh no they are just doing who knows what while I wait and wait for a mattress I paid for and had to pay extra aka platinum service to have it delivered in my house today which never...

Shopping around for a new mattress and came back to this location after going to other Mattress stores. First off, Denise was amazing from the moment we walked in. She had us test the different mattress types (firm, medium or plush), really paid attention to our body's position (if we sunk too much or if it was just right) when laying down, gave information on pillow types and why certain designs are better for different genders, and listened to our price point! She was really friendly, knew her stuff, and actually cared about us getting the right mattress and deal that worked best for us!

We came back same day and were surprised that Denise did a lot more looking into mattresses and deals on the chance we'd come back! Really happy we came back!!

Only negative is that, due to Covid, delivery might be delayed a week, but that's outside...
