I implore you to go to almost any other fast-food place. It is bad enough when it is just the food, but here it is the manager “Ron’s” attitude as well. My wife and I decided to try the place. We did not order anything special. I had the gyros plate. I asked for my French fries well done and the dressing on the side. My wife had the basic chicken dinner with the same requests.
My Gyros plate came with the salad pack inside the same hot container as the fries and sandwich. (hot salad YUM!) My fries were as close to raw was I have ever had served to me. To top that off, no Tzatziki sauce ;-( . My wife’s chicken did not have a salad at all, and she described her fries as mush with chicken juice. It was literally the worst and I had ever had I was so disappointed.
I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. When he got on, I tried to tell him what was wrong with my order, but it was obvious he was not listening. He then handed the phone to an employee and said, “Get rid of this”. Because he could not have cared less. All this could have been avoided with a little bit of care and about 5 cents worth of additional packaging. But no one cares. This review which when I get done you will find everywhere, could have been avoided with a bit of civility and an acknowledgment of a mistake. There is nothing special about this place and since the manager doesn’t seem to care I suggest taking your business to an Owner/ Store /...

Read moreI experienced Divine Intervention in this establishment.
I ordered at the counter a "hot dog with ketchup only, please." The man at the counter said back to me "one hot dog mustard only." Thinking that he misheard me, I said again, shyly, "hot dog ketchup only." As he was typing into his register he said back "hot dog mustard only." I did not dare to correct him again, because that would have been embarrassing to me, I guess. So I nodded along and paid.
Now, I grew up as a pretty picky eater, and a hot dog with ketchup had become a default meal for me. I never thought about it. Never added relish or onions or pickles or mustard. Because child me decided I didn't like those things, adult me never strayed. HOWEVER. I was hungry and had a hot-dog-mustard-only on my hands. I don't waste food, and I don't complain, so I ate it. IT CHANGED MY LIFE. This was a few years ago, but it has affected me greatly since. I don't know the last time I had ketchup on a hot dog. I grew up. My default became mustard only! Then, because of this Flips Man, I started eating full Chicago Dogs. Every bbq or baseball game, I load that sucker up with all the fixins. Tomato, sport pep, relish, onions, pickle, etc. I'm never going back. It is one of the more divine foods of our society. I mourn the 20 years that I did not eat Chicago dogs. Or mustard.
I don't know who this man is, but he made me a...
