Since the change ownership a few years ago, this place has gone downhill. I live around the corner, so I really want to like this establishment. I have given them a couple of years to settle in and work out the kinks in the operation.
I am now done giving them the benefit of the doubt. This place fails both in terms of quality of food and service. The bagels are just OK at best, often undercooked or stale. The breakfast sandwiches are not cooked properly - overcooked eggs and rubber bacon. And lastly the service is an absolute embarrassment. It wasn't again which is why I waist my own time too write a review in the hopes that ownership corrects the problem before I lose complete faith and drive another mile or so too find a place that gets the order correct. Please try...
