Let me first start off by saying this place is usually really good so when I picked up our take out & got home I was disappointed bc I literally had 5 onion rings that were cold,my burger was so salty I couldn’t eat it & to top it off there was no cheese on my grilled chicken salad nor did they give me any ranch.I called & spoke w the manager who said she would remake my food,got up there & they tried to charge me 18 more $ for onion rings but replaced the salad,so I called the owner Lindsay who only made excuses so I finally said “I see ur not going to do anything about it either,have a nice night”.Honestly I would expect better service from this place I mean we spend our hard earned money here,if it’s not right u shouldn’t hesitate to fix the order!!!That YOUR employees messed up in the first place.No way to...

In town for dinosaur-related adventures, and my wife wanted a good old-fashioned hamburger. We decided to give Grumps Burgers a try, and we are so glad that we did.

My youngest son and I had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger, my wife had a regular hamburger, and my oldest son had a bacon grilled cheese sandwich. Everything was fantastic. The burgers were cooked to perfection, and the bacon wasn't thin (you know, the kind that makes you mad!).

The service was great, and the lady who was helping at our table was very kind. The spicy ketchup is exactly that: spicy (as if it's not in the name). Woowee that was good! I'm glad I made the Uturn when I saw Grumps. Something about Grumps Burgers just called me, and it did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in Taylar set the tone. Friendly, Family oriented and delicious. I ordered the Queso burger and fries, they said fifteen minutes, it couldn't have been more than ten. Either way it was worth the wait, fresh crisp Veggies, burger cooked perfect and great fries. Clean restrooms are always a great sign. Alexy, thank you for making that lunch a welcoming experience.
