I found this place on doordash, most of the reviews were bad. Im like it cant be that bad. Welp I'm glad I gave this place a try. I order the rib tips with chicken, mac and cheese with greens. The rib tips were very flavorful and the sauce was prefect. The mac and cheese was good, everyone mac and cheese is different, but I liked it. The greens remind me of when I make my greens at home. They were tender full of flavor. Now. I did order a slice of sweet potato pie. The look alone screamed "nasty", but let me tell you! I give the pie a 10 out of 10. It was prefect it's to firm or too sweet it was just right! I will be going back, for more food and desert! I got the hour hour special, money well spent.

This gem is located in Downtown Glendale, AZ. I was actually looking for something for lunch and it dawned on me that I had called a couple days before. The food was awesome 🤩. If you like koolaid, this is that AANNDD it’s watermelon on top of that. Greens with Turkey, yams, Mac and cheese accompanying bbq chicken and well flavored fish. Everything made from scratch! Awesome 👏 I’m looking forward to returning. Check out the pictures. Oh yeah, the cornbread was a surprising treat. Very good and muffiny. Also, I had a special made banana split too😋

Update! I came back in today (Saturday May 3rd) for the catfish. I must say that it was yummy. The fish was fried perfectly and seasoned well. I also had room for the sweet potato pie; so good too. The pie was on the house. Thank you Davina for your kindness. I will be back for more catfish 😋
