If you love Indo-Chinese cuisine then you must experience this captivating culinary journey at Inchin's Bamboo Garden in Glendale,

First and foremost, I must commend the exceptional customer service at Inchin's Bamboo Garden. We went in with two hyperactive toddlers, and the the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was impeccable. Their attentiveness and genuine friendliness made us feel like valued guests, elevating the overall dining experience.

One aspect that truly stood out was the remarkable speed of service. Despite the bustling atmosphere, our orders were promptly taken, and the food arrived at our table with impressive efficiency. It's evident that the restaurant places a premium on providing their patrons with a seamless and timely dining experience.

Moreover, I was delighted to discover that the menu options had been significantly improved since my last visit at their previous location. The diverse selection of dishes, ranging from traditional favorites to innovative fusion creations, was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to continuously enhancing their offerings to cater to all palates.

As for the taste, I must say that every dish we tried was a burst of flavors that danced on our taste buds. The appetizers, in particular, were an absolute delight, leaving us craving for more. The delectable blend of spices and fresh ingredients showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs, earning them a well-deserved round of applause. Our family favorite - Crispy Chili Baby Corn and Pan Fried Chili Paneer. For beer lover - they’ve great selection of Indian beers. My favorite - Taj.

Lastly, the location of Inchin's Bamboo Garden is truly awe-inspiring. Situated in the heart of Glendale, the restaurant boasts a serene ambiance with beautiful decor that exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're dining indoors or on the charming outdoor patio, the restaurant's ambiance adds a touch of magic to your dining experience.

In conclusion, Inchin's Bamboo Garden at Glendale is a hidden gem that I wholeheartedly recommend to all food enthusiasts. With its great customer service, lightning-fast service, improved menu options, exceptional taste (especially the appetizers), and captivating location, this restaurant has secured a special place in my heart and undoubtedly in the hearts of all...

I ordered take-out order for Misal-Pao and Vada-Pao today from Pao-festival. My rating - 0 star Reasons: One Vada-Pao in $8.00(excluding taxes) really ? It's very expensive,Period. Picture on website shows 2 vada-pao but when you order it only comes 1.Normally you get one vada-pao in $4.00 at any other Indian restaurants around. Even if you are trying to make it most tastier vada-pao ever, still it should not cost $8.00. Taste was not good as well. Who serves Vada-pao with potato fries ? It's vada-pao not burger. No green chutney or dry red chutney was served with it.

Missal-Pao : This dish ideally consist of Misal(moong thin gravy), Pao(not roasted) and farsaan. Our order came with Pav which were roasted with some smelling oil. Missal(moong sabji) was dry as if all water gravy has been drained out before packing. It was smelling of bad/uncooked oil too.No farsaan was present, which is supposed to be one of the main ingredient for this dish. It was served with curd/yogurt and green chutney.

And most importantly very, very rude receptionist who calls herself Manager named 'Tina'.

When I complained about missing farsaan, she said she do not have farsaan anymore, its over. Really, what are you ? restaurant or grocery store? If that is the case, why are they not calling customers and telling them that certain item is not available rather than charging them for what you are not even providing ? I lost it when she said 'We don't have farsaan and you guys are placing order and still we are making it for you.' Excuse me! Was I supposed to know that your inventory is empty before ordering. She sounded like I should be obliged and grateful that she is preparing something that I ordered for which I am paying. I asked for refund, she refused.

Last time I ordered Lunch bowl with Veg rice take-out order. After reaching home, I found out that she had packed Chicken rice. I am a vegetarian. I called restaurant to complain about it. She attended the call and asked me to come back to restaurant and exchange chicken rice for veg rice. I am not driving 4 miles again in middle of my office hours because of mistake that she did. I asked her to deliver it instead, she refused. I asked her for refund, she refused. Unacceptable and pathetic customer service. NEVER ORDERING FOOD FROM...

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience here that left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with their level of customer care. I had placed a takeout order and made a simple request to have their signature sauces served on the side. To my surprise, I was informed that these sauces were only available for dine-in customers and could not be provided with takeout orders. This policy struck me as unfair, considering that I was still paying for the food and should have the option to enjoy the same accompaniments as those dining in.

Despite my disappointment, my dining companions and I decided to make the best of the situation and requested to dine in instead. However, the manager's response was far from accommodating. He made us feel unwelcome and went so far as to express his frustration, claiming that he had already used his resources to pack the food for takeout and that allowing us to dine in would be double utilization of his resources. This interaction left a sour taste in our mouths, as it seemed clear that the manager cared more about his own convenience and costs rather than ensuring a positive customer experience.

Given the circumstances, we chose not to sit and eat at the restaurant and instead took our takeout order with us. It was disheartening to encounter such a lack of customer-centricity in a dining establishment.

The overall experience was marred by the restaurant's disregard for customer satisfaction. It is my hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and reevaluates their policies and approach to customer service. After all, a truly successful restaurant not only offers delicious cuisine but also prioritizes the happiness and satisfaction of...

This pan asian cuisine restaurant is incredible. Impeccable service with a diverse menu of Indian and Chinese dishes with absolutely divine dessert and cocktail offerings. You get a full on culinary experience with their a la cart menu items however, they also offer a quick pick-up-and-go lunch buffet from 11:30-2:30 (M-F) and 12-3 (weekends). From the beautifully fragrant and fresh mango salad to the warm and chocolaty lava cake a la mode, your senses are ignited. Do NOT forget to try their date wontons, they are life changing! They taste like chocolate and are dusted with powder sugar on a bed of Chocolate sauce. They absolutely shine with their thought-out, detailed, and delicious mixed drinks. Each craft cocktail delineating a very specific flavor profile, offering a beautiful assortment of libations full of personality, balance, and sophistication. Try the last rose for a delicate and fruity refresher and the rowdy rouster for all the nostalgia of fall. You. Must. Try their Burnt Garlic Chili fried rice, it's mind blowingly tasty - the perfect blend of spice and flavor! Other must haves are Chicken 65, Mongolian beef, 5 Spice Lamb, Jalepeno fish, skewered shrimp, spring rolls, and hakka noodles. They also handmake Szechwan dumplings, Momos dumplings, and potstickers in-house and they are epic! Their passionate ownership and staff are incredibly attentive and courteous. Dinning at Inchin Bamboo Garden is unlike anything in the valley. All guests are in for a culinary treat. A true hidden gem in Scottsdale and worth a drive from anywhere else in the valley.

Stopped in for take out, which was fast for a Friday night and the person who rang us up was friendly. We waited for the food outside in our car. Despite the fact that we were not waited on and did not take a seat anywhere in the restaurant, 18% gratuity was included when the tab was already $20 per person for just an entree with steamed rice. No drinks included in that cost. We paid on an electronic handheld device, which then asked us for a tip AGAIN. No one told us gratuity was included, so we accidentally tipped twice for an order where no one even had to wait on us. Once we got home, the food was alright except for a piece of bone in the orange chicken. However, the portions just aren't big enough to be $20 per person. TLDR: included gratuity on take out orders, overpriced for quality and quantity, spent $85 for three people to eat takeout with no drinks or appetizers.

It is beautiful inside and I love that the menu split between option of chinese and Indian food. I thought it was closed at first because the official restaurant sign isnt on the building yet and they dont have option hours listed on the window. However they were open according to the google time as listed. I had the chicken Lettuce wrap for appetizer ;which was incredible had great texture, delicious veggies and the Lettuce was huge to perfectly wrap around the chicken. I also had the cocktail called the dragon milk it was so smooth and unique in flavor. Diff a must have again. For my main entree I had the spicy mango chicken had perfect kick with the sweetness. Better that any orange chicken Ive had this was just twist with mango. The rice was fairly portioned as well. I will be back with more friends and family.
