My Fiance & I dropped his apple watch off on May 5th to be fixed, the geek squad rep at that thime told us he had to send it in to apple to have it repaired which we understood. After my fiance signed the papers I asked the guy Andrew if there would be a fee to have it fixed at that time he told me NO, that this would be COVERED under my apple care & it should be ready around May 9th. Fastfoward to May 9th, i look up my order and it had told me that it was ready to be picked up in the comments but on the tracker it had said it was in repair. So I called them, they at that time told me it was indeed in the store & ready to be picked up. At this point there is STILL no mention of a FEE. I drive about 10-15 miles up the road to pick up the watch and at this time they tell me there is a fee , so of course im upset but try to resolve the issue with the best buy manager, but we cant so i decide to leave & pick it up another day. Now TODAY they called my fiance to tell him that it is ready to be picked up, my fiance chuckled and asked when it had arrived there. The guy lied & told him it arrived today after it had been sitting there for 7 DAYS & I had been in to pick it up once already. Read moreI'm super happy with the geek squad at this location. My pc was running hot. I purchased an aio pump cooler kraken 120 to install myself, which I quickly realized I had no business doing.
Took it to geek squad mon night found out that cooler wouldn't fit. They got me the right cooler/case for my needs and still had it finished by Weds night. Before, my pc was hitting 100°c running premiere pro, playing battlefield, and even minecraft with high-resolution texture packs. Last night, I loaded the cpu trying to get it hot and couldn't get it above 45°c.. wow I couldn't be happier.

Read moreThe WORST. I took my computer to Geek Squad on a Monday after an update had lost all my info. I stressed to them that what was on my desktop was most important. They were able to recover my desktop items while I was there and showed them to me. They told me to leave my computer overnight so they could finish the back up and restore. Well, overnight turned into them having my computer for 4 days and they PERMANENTLY DELETED all my desktop. TWO years of work that I can never get back along with photos. I barely received an apology and the manager said he was going to look into it and never got back to me. Major FAIL by Best Buy AND the Geek Squad. No apology. CRAP customer service.
