Funbox Glendale — Attraction in Glendale

Big shout out to Amanda and Mike from the Scottsdale location, and Elizabeth in Glendale - THANK YOU!! 10/10 for customer service and problem solving. My son wanted to have his birthday party at the Scottsdale location, I booked a lot of tickets in advance for two back-to-back sessions for Saturday timeslots. It was also going to be the last weekend at that location and less than 24 hrs after I paid, the prices dropped dramatically. Mike couldn't issue a refund for the difference but he did give me credit for the extra 2 "bounces" as it were. Then day of bday party like all the kids were sick and no one could come! I thought it would be a disaster but Amanda took care of everything so I could switch my bounces to Glendale and when we got here today we literally got the VIP treatment from Elizabeth when we checked in. So very appreciative of the staff at both locations turning around my bad luck into a fun time!! Last day of spring break so I took my 6 and 13 year old to Funbox Glendale. It was super cool!! Clean fun music not over crowded. We brought our own water bottles. The staff was so nice! My daughter really wanted a sticker with jellybean on it bc that is her nickname and Liz heard so she said hold on and got her one! Zolee was super nice letting us know how much longer you will be there and Andrea and Liz helped with the snow cones! Lots of options and my kids loved the themed flavors like Ironman and captain America. Great work out too! Get the kids off the screens! Dirty! Plus I got two of my nephews get wet from the water issues they have it over there! The kids were just jumping and then water comes up from the trampoline! I went to the front desk all they said was oh yes we have water issues and we tried to get rid of the water but obviously they failed!!! I thought they would do a refund or something!
