Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Glendale

I went to the Jack In The Box on 51ave and Thunderbird Rd in Glendale on 1/11/19 @5:28:31 pm and I notice that the lady that was fixing and handling the food was not wearing gloves and she was touching the buttons on the screen and she was also touching the handles on the deep freezer then going back and touching the food with her bare hands so I asked the manager why the lady that was fixing people's food was not wearing gloves but yet she's touching all these different objects with her bare hands and the manager just looked at me and ignored me all together and then she got mad at a customer that ordered her food after me because she messed up the customer's order and try to tell the customer that she ordered two shakes with her meals when she ordered only one shake and one drink I am not going to ever eat back at that Jack in the Box again the manager is rude and they do not wear gloves and they are trying to get customers sick. I wish I could give...

Some of the workers here are just flat out strange. There's a young girl who was cute and normal and very patient with me while i took forever to order... (Sorry, indecisive!) But like the elder hispanic ladies just awkwardly stand there and stare and I'm talking HARD. I frequent this location but usually drive thru (this last visit being the first time in 8 years ever going inside) and [through the drive thru] there's a mean elder hispanic lady that has some sort of problem with me or something (like jeeze, chill out) but lately I haven't had to deal with her because of that nice new younger guy and he's a really hard worker too. I see him busting ass all the time but he's very respectful and I appreciate that. Overall the food here is at least on point for a jack in the box, and other than a weird half of the staff, very friendly. Keep up the good work, kiddos, i know food chains suck but you do make a huge impact believe...

Like I understand that when I order Peace Tea through the Jack in the Box app it comes up as peach peace tea on the receipt but that's not what I want there's not an option on the app for me to say what I want or pick something else that I want since you guys have the freestyle machine and she is the only person that has given me attitude over asking for the Caddyshack version of Peace team basically saying that peach is what I ordered and I told her no and the app I ordered peace tea no other option for me to do a flavor on the app so it's ridiculous like I understand it's not their fault the system is set up that way but it's also not mine and I shouldn't have to get into a general disagreement with someone over just giving me the flavor that...
