So I order Jimmy Johnâs for delivery at 5:20 pm(literally said order received on tracker) I figure 20-30 min max. You know cause they are âfreaky fastâ they called me after 40 minutes to tell me they got busy and my order was out for deliveryâŚok cool I live less than 5 min away it should be here within 10 minutes. Okay so for those following the timeline itâs now 6 pm I am thinking 50 min is still too long for a couple of sandwichâs (no onion) 6:23 is when my doorbell rang because it calls my cell. Thatâs over an hour to get delivery from a place I could walk to in 10 minutes.
I think they didnât see my order and had to make it when they called me(still shouldnât have been that long) they were apologetic for sure. I understand being short staffed because no one wants to work. But to top it off there were onions on the sandwich that request no onions. I pulled them off but wasnât happy. I didnât want to wait 2 hours for them to fix the mistake and since itâs not an allergy issue it was easier.
I was severely disappointed in my Jimmy Johnâs experience. I wonât say I wonât be back because 90% of people who claim that are just upset and will eventually return. I will be taking a break from this sandwich shop as there are plenty in the area.
Shame too cause I never was a fan until recently.
Please try...
Read moreI put in an order for only two sandwiches at 11:01 a.m. the minute after the store was open. On arriving about 15 minutes later the sandwich order was still not done.
It look like there was only one employee so I would imagine someone called out.
I asked her when the order would be done and she said it would be the next order and then proceeded to make other walk-in customers orders before mine even though I was there waiting for my online order before they had even a chance to order themselves.
When confronting them about doing the sandwiches out of order, she informed me that the walk-ins get priority but about a dozen sandwiches were made before mine. So I'm not sure if people do online orders are chopped liver or how that all works. Maybe freaky fast only applies to some people and not others?
Her response to me is that that she could either make the sandwich or void it which I thought was poor customer service. Considering that my concern was valid and what they had legitimately done the sandwiches very out of order. There was no apology for the wait or any sort of concern on her part.
I would do one star but I feel bad that she was overwhelmed by being the solo worker for half the time I was there. I did not leave till 11: 45am with my sandwiches. Again, only...
Read moreDuring the day absolutely great but later in the evening the customer service is terrible!!! I rarely ever review but after being a customer almost daily far a while I felt I needed to. Numerous Numerous occasions only in the evening I often times try to order around 8 pm & the store closes at 9 pm so you would think that you have enough time. I've been told over and over they are out of bread so they are unavailable to make sandwiches. I have put in online orders and I've been called back after from JJs stating they are out of bread and I would get a refund which I didn't get. I totally understand that they may run our of bread at times but when it's literally almost each day during the week it doesn't make sense. Also I have arrived at this location several times in the evening anywhere between 8pm and 8:20 pm as that's when I'm off of work and the shop is closed when they always close at 9 so they close early all the time. I stopped going here all together. Again during the day no issues whatsoever it's the...
