But first Açaí (ah-sigh-EE). Juice It Up is a small health conscious smoothie blend and açaí bowl shop along Foothill blvd in the upper middle class city of La Cresenta. It's indoor space is very limited, however, they have a front outdoor seats with a spectacular view of the boulevard. They have a wide variety of smoothies, juices and açaí bowls. It took me a minute to peruse their menu and make a final decision. I decided to get their classic Açaí bowl with fresh cut fruits and the Ever Green smoothie (pineapple, kale, spinach, apple juice and lemonade). This place is nothing short of a pleasure!! I really can't say enough greatness about the drinks and the people who work there. Miss Elle is a certified Juiceologist Supreme! Not only is she the nicest person to deal with, she knows her customers and her mixology. The owner Max is a cool and righteous dude! Always makes sure quality is number one, and everything made and gotten there is very fresh and yummy!! Always a heart felt welcome, and a genuine smile on his face whenever you walk in there!! I had an absolutely delightful experience at Juice It Up! The smoothies were not only refreshingly delicious but also made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. What made my visit truly exceptional was Ellie's outstanding customer service. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. She went above and beyond to ensure my smoothie was customized to my liking and even suggested some creative combinations I hadn't thought of.
