Subway — Restaurant in Glendale

After a shameful visit at another location, I proceeded to visit this location close by to order the Bacon Chicken Ranch sandwich for my dinner. Upon arriving, I was greated by both female employees as one of them (I couldn't get her name) impressed me by extensively cleaning the dining room; including chairs & tables. Diane (or Diana; sorry if I messed that up) was polite, intentive and beyond professional when preparing my sandwich. The toppings were fresh and the sandwich was delicious. Being a restaurant manager in my past, I know what it takes to find exceptional employees and this location should be thankful to have these two. I know what positive feedback means to employees and managers alike and I had the opportunity to tell the assistant manager on duty about these two exceptional ladies. Also, this location took my $5.99 coupon without trying to upcharge for bacon; like the other location in old town Glendale tried to do. After this pleasant visit, I will definitely patronage this location more often....

We have gone to this subway several times hoping that they would finally get it right well……they didn’t get anything right. This was the 2nd time I have ordered a sub and put specific instructions in the app for how I wanted my sub made only to go pick it up and NOTHING is right I tried to give the employees there the benefit of the doubt and boy was I wrong I asked for extra meat there was less meat then a regular sub and they do this every time! I’m definitely never going there again and I will be telling all of my friends, family and colleagues at work not go to this subway! I’ll try Jersey...
